First off, this is one of the better 3 star hotels in Patong. Now, I've been coming to this island for 20 years and I was pleasantly surprised to come here because I read reviews and the place was getting a bad reputation...I don't know why honestly... Things that are unique to this hotel are , This place has a front desk motorbike rental, daily breakfast where they will make you the food, like scrambled eggs sausage or all fresh , other than the buffet style if you so choose, you just have to ask as it's not clearly defined. this alone is so convenient when you have an excursion and need something quick and easy in the morning., The staff were very kind and helpful, could book an excursion, or get your laundry done at the front desk, has a well maintained pool on the rooftop, elevator was working (Not always the case on this island) it was clean and tidy, the picture of my room were exactly as they looked on the booking website, the showers are exceptional for Patong! lots of water flow and choice hot and cold. Has a little gym on the 6th floor, nothing special, but enough equipment to get a quick pump on before you head out (gyms in Patong are scarce and expensive, so having this perk is unusual) it's Well located only a short walk from the Banzaan night market and the massive jongcylon shopping mall, the other direction is a short walk from the new Otop market for shopping food and drinks. It's also super close to an international health and wellness clinic (one of 2 in Patong the other one is at the beach road) you have massage right next door, and across the street, you also have great food 20 steps or less from your hotel, as you've got an Italian place right beside you and across the street Da no 6 Thai restaurant across the street (really good). You are like 15 min walk from the beach or a 5 minute motorbike taxi or Tuk Tuk ride away.

Thai beds are primarily harder than western style pillow top or comfort.

We spent a month in the hotel. Excellent location, helpful staff, cold air conditioning, strong wifi signal. There is an elevator, cleaning every day if you ask. 5 minutes walk to Baanzan, 10-10 minutes walk to Patong beach or Malin. Clothes washing facility. Cocktail bar girl is very nice. Excellent value for money. Of course, picky teases would find fault here as well. I highly recommend it.

The only negative: since it is on a main road, the traffic is quite loud until 1 am.

Regardless of the negative comments i've decided to book this hotel for 3 nights as last minute. For the money you pay i can't complain. The rooms are big, pool on the top is a nice touch, the gym is minimal, the place is quiet, staff is friendly and helpful. I don't know but maybe the other people who gave bad reviews, part of the problem it's actually themselves. One more thing, i left about 3000 baht in my room and the receptionist contacted me and did everything to transfer the money back to me. Dont expect much, but if it's just to sleep and shower, it's a good option

Nice small hotel. Lovely swimming pool on rooftop. Nice Aircon. Clean & Neat. Perfect for this price. Staff especially the Night Manager was kind and helpful.

I also came across an elderly gentlemen not guided and they ended up pulling their luggage on the stairs and reaching the swimming pool. I guided them how to go to their room. The girl receptionist in the evening time should have helped them reach their room as it was in the other building. Instead she was always found busy in her mobile. Also the breakfast rates were exorbitant. Please tone down if you want guests to have breakfast in your hotel.

I liked the position because near a big fruit market and another big market selling food and other things. In the same time it was in a rather quiet position. The staff was kind and helpful. It,s swimming pool was not huge but clean and open 24 hours

Nothing bad to report

The rooms had a kitchen, good size shower, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was an English breakfast given not a buffet and the staff were friendly and food was good. The hotel DOES have an elevator despite other comments. The hotel is walking distance near some food shops, tour shops, malls and 7/11. 5 minute walk to reach the top of the mountain for some local bars and restaurants.

WiFi didn't work well on our floor, but other than that it was fine.

The room was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly!

The bed was hard and uncomfortable with only a flat sheet on - it slid off the bed the whole time.

The hotel is very good 👍, the location is in a quiet street with the availability of shops and restaurants. There are staffs very kind and helpful. The room service is excellent 👌. I would like to check in with them again.

The staff members were friendly and supportive. The funny thing is, the old man was hyper and misunderstood what I'm trying to say 😂. It's a bit difficult due English language. Everything is fine.

the swimming pool area is not as shown in photos, they don't have Bar Counter on the top
