Wonderful location walking distance from the Patong road and night life. Twenty to thirty minutes drive from all the attractions. Next door to the hotel there is a seven eleven store and a a very cheap laundry service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was upgraded to poolview with no extra charge. Beautiful pools to relax in .

There wasn't much variety in breakfast.

The resort was great, had a gym and the pool area was lovely. Huge pool and huge resort with 2 pools. The rooms are modern, nice balcony and nice food.

The AC was too close to the bed which was uncomfortable, the bed was hard and we didn’t sleep very well. If it wasn’t for these points it would be 10/10 but that let the property down

Based in Patong but a 10-15min walk from all the crowds, so a central location but not on top of all the wild entertainment. The room was a nice size and the bed is one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. 2 nice pools to choose from and they have an in-house Spa too. We paid for breakfast on two occasions (250bht per person) and it was fine with a nice selection to choose from including freshly cooked omelettes if required. Security did a good job of keeping folk out of the pool at closing time (8pm) which was good as we had a pool view balcony. We would stay here again.

Balcony on the small side but perfectly adequate, bathroom was OK but would benefit with some fresh silicone around shower screen/basin etc. The hotel seem to attract the younger generation/travelling community but everyone was well behaved. Some rooms look directly on to the balcony which may bother some.

We had a good sized room and balcony overlooking the smaller pool. We had no issues getting sun loungers when we wanted them. The smaller pool was a lot quieter than the main pool which suited us. The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful, advising us regarding taxis & booking them when we needed them. We both had massages in the hotel spa which were very good. All in all it was a lovely, chilled place to stay.

The breakfast needs to be a little more varied but this has been mentioned in quite a few reviews. We managed, but more variety would have been appreciated. Also the hotel bar shuts really early which is a shame. It also should be said that the walk to the beach involves crossing some very busy roads but that is not the hotel's fault.

The room was big and nice, the bathroom was very good too. They have happy hour and service in both pools. We really enjoyed our time there. Everywhere felt very clean and organized, there is good lighting and social areas are enjoyable. There is also a really nice laundry place few steps away from the hotel

The wifi connection is terrible. It is okay if you have nothing important to do but if for any reason you need to connect for a meeting or to do something, you will need to find an alternative solution. Forget about getting any work here (which can be a big plus if that is what you want)

Rooms, pools and communal areas of the Hotel are of a high standard. Quality of furnishing is high and well maintained. the hotel provides a reactively peaceful location yet in close proximity to the entertainment and shopping areas of Patong.

Like many Hotels in resort locations within Thailand and most of the World this hotel has only recently re commenced operations. As a consequence it has new managers and staff who are all getting to grip with operations, Training and further recruitment is in full swing in preparation for the high season and having met the Hotel Manager I have every confidence in her quality expectations going forward.

I didnt like the breakfast and the location after 2 day i got use to the surrondings and the distance to the beach.

This was one of the best resort stays I've ever had. A very special thanks to Axel, the general manager and his team. Special thanks to Nok at Rezeption, Chatz in service and the chef ( sadly who's Name I can't recall). They really did everything to make my stay special. Considering that the hotel reopened after a 2 year Covid closure only 3 months earlier everything was really great. I had a really fun SongKrang there. Thanks again.
