The staff service is great and friendly and the hotel location is good.

It needs some procedures, such as maintenance of the air conditioners, because some rooms have a low temperature, and some of the external air conditioners make noises, so sitting on the balcony is uncomfortable. Also, the bath towels are old and need to be replaced, and there is no shelf in the shower area to place toiletries such as shampoo and soap, which creates a disturbance, so the guest needs to He moves from the shower area to the sink area to take bath supplies Also, in some rooms there is no electric plug next to the bed .

Room was small and comfy, but did not meet my 4* expectation. Having said that I did not pay for a 4 *, so I'm pretty happy with what I got for the price I paid. The location was great for me to walk to the center of Patong. I had no time to go and use any of the 2 pools. Appreciate the breakfast, specially the egg station.

No real coffee but instant coffee at the BF buffet.

Centrally located near the the main shopping areas and the beach. Nice and cozy place. Quite area after dark, which is nice if you want to relax Very nice staff. We got upgraded to a better room, thanks to Aom, Parn, Zin and Sopi from the reception. A special thanks to Parn for helping us locating a phone we forgot in the lobby after leaving the hotel, it was very helpful.

Breakfast could be improved. Add a few quality items instead of 10 different things of lower quality.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff at the customer service. We are elderly couple had problems walking up and down the stairs, when we told them our problems they immediately changed our room. I will surely go back for the best service and also the buffet breakfast. The staff Joy is excellent to made immediate without any issues.

Loved the pool access room we used many times a day,. Hotel was in a fantastic location, close to all the action however far enough away for distractions and noise would stay again and recommend to others without hesitation.

Not really anything much, maybe the bath needs a piece of glass on the side to stop water from getting onto the vanity. And the bath was a little high to get out of. However thats minor an did not takeaway from our amazing stay.

Easy to book. Beds were very comfortable. Check in and checkout was easy. Breakfast had a great variety. Lifts were operational. Stocked 3 sets of everything for each guest. Free water bottles every day. Use of towels signed in and out to take on tours with us or to use at the hotel pools or at the beaches.

Where we stored our luggage for the day after check out was out in the open. Not locked away. But they did keep an eye on it. There were no seats out on the balcony only a small plastic table. They had a deal for the whole week (7 nights) that we were there for that was less than we paid for 3 nights. The lights in the room weren't very bright.

Aom, Mee and Dan are great service at the lobby they are willing to go for extra miles to us when we reach. Highly recommended for this property to stay and with they service are wonderful. 👍👍👍👍👍
