had a private pool villa, with a good size pool that got sun for part of the day. room was a good size and staff were helpful. had room service twice and food arrived hot and was tasty and as described, not expensive. some parts of the complex were shut, but i believe this is stated when you book, as they are just reopening post covid. some of the communal areas needed a bit of tlc, but it did not spoil our trip and i think as more people start travelling, they will be able to address this.

slightly out of town and road into patong not suitable for walking so need transport to get to patong. that being said, it would be nice if they had a shop where you could buy reasonable priced soft drinks snacks etc. there is a local shop you can walk to about five mins to the left up the hill

Its a big resort so you’ll need to call the lobby for a ride between you room and lobby and they will help you but one time we got there late they didn’t have a ride we got to walk You can’t get in and out the hotel by walking, its on a high way so you’ll need a taxi to get in or out And the hotel can provide you with one

The property is located in a very tremendous location on the hill Very relaxing place and resort Good price for all the things included in the room

The place have a very good design but needs a refurbishment, Always an issue on hot water, the jacuzzi is too noisy and the water contain too much product for water cleaning Also the outdoor fountains are too noisy and especially disturbing at night The room is not very sound proof isolated You have to fix that and the stay will perfect because you have an exceptional resort

Quiet neighborhood, grate for rest and relax. Good food , jacuzzi on balcony is great idea.

With out car or scooter hard to get to city center because there is no sidewalk on the street connecting hotel complex .

The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and the resort is amazing. I like the fact that reception are always available to help and taxis and transfers can easily be arranged via the airport. It is expensive to use their taxi service. Bolt works just fine and is very decent priced!

It’s very hard to communicate with the hotel staff as nobody really understands english. On a couple of occasions despite having the do not disturb sign on i felt someone would knock and come into to roo to either spray the room, clean the jacuzzi and i found that quite annoying. Location wise it is not as close to central as I would like it and if you are staying here you will either require a moped, car or taxis as it’s a far walk from the beach and the resort is up a steep hill

the location was good, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. the room I chose I was with a spa bath and we enjoyed it. overall experience was good and we really enjoyed this. the best thing I liked about the hotel was that the rooms are very spacious and there’s constantly hot water running.

breakfast area is far from the lobby so walking is there there sadly. there were too many red ants in the bathroom which specially surrounded the pot. I would recommend if you taking the spa bath rooms do take them on the top floor as we had the ground floor one and there might be chances u will have some things floating in them due to the bushes. house cleaning can come anytime when u not there but there’s nothing to worry and nothing bad happened to us but just be mindful of your belongings.

Breakfast was terrible Lack of communication with front desk staff. When booking requested 2 adults and a child on arrival had 1 bed only no sofa bed facility for the third person and then was difficult to arrange a bed for our daughter this must be fault with booking.com advertising on there search.

we were very impressed with our huge room and private pool which looked down to another pool. the room was incredible.

unfortunately our bath water ran brown and the phone didn’t work well when we would call for a service it was crackling so loud so we would have to call from our cellphones. the breakfast buffet was not good at all and we actually felt ripped paying 500 baht each for the selection provided. other things made up for these things though

I read a lot of bad reviews about this resort and was sceptical about booking here but I am 100% glad I did. I booked a 2 bedroom suit then moved into pool villa. Was an amazing experience in both room types I will definitely be booking here again. All boxes ticked from check in to check out.

To be perfectly honest, I have not a bad word to say about this resort
