Loved the room

On departure we requested to book a taxi 4 door sedan to go to the airport (there was a sign in the reception that showed the maximum number of people for each type of vehicle) the sign in the reception clearly stated that 3 people could hire the sedan. But the reception staff refused to let us book it and were trying to make us book a 6 person van. When asked what the reason was they said the luggage won't fit. We told them that we only had 3 backpacks after which they changed the reason to only 2 people can go in the sedan as per hotel policy. They insisted that we could only hire the van.

The room was lovely, comfortable bed. The restaurant staff were really nice, there was one friendly man at the reception, the cleaners were friendly and the hotel manager was lovely. They dressed our room up for my husbands birthday and left him cake.

The Reception staff were rude and tried to charge us again for our bill saying we hadn't paid it when we had a receipt. There could of been more starters on the restaurant menu. There was never staff at the bar at the pool.

Perfect location for muslim traveller. It’s close to the mosque, means can easily find halal food nearby. Room is clean, bathroom is spacious.

Room quite small, limited space to put big luggage.

We were in a family room. It was clean and spacious, looked new and it has a decent sized balcony. It comes with a kitchen but unfortunately, not a single sight of kitchen utensils. Not even a set of cutleries. There was a coffee maker and the normal coffee/tea selection but was shocked that it’s chargeable. Good thing we never had to use it during our entire stay.

We had a pleasant stay here for 4 nights. However, we were not happy with how we were dealt with when we requested for a breakfast take away for the next day since we had a tour pick up scheduled at 7:00 and their breakfast service starts exactly at 7:00. We had requested for it the night before and the lady in the reception said it would not be possible since the kitchen is already closed - yet they have dinner service daily. So how? Come morning, I went down the restaurant at 6:55AM to at least get some bread and coffee for us yet the person in charge the restaurant who was having her breakfast nicely said we have to wait exactly 7:00. I saw the breakfast counter was already set up. We just needed some bread but were told we had to wait exactly 7:00. Totally weird for a 4star hotel.

Actually I Wish My Review Doesn't Harmful For The Reputation For This Hotel But I'm Disappointed about That I Already Asked The Manager Of That Facility To Recheck After The Staff in The Kitchen And The chef To Wear Gloves But Nothing Happened And No any Response. Any Chef In The World Class Level They Follow The Standards Of The PPE ( Personal Protection Equipment), Unfortunately The Chef Should Take More Care Specially He Is The One Who Make The Egg In That Kitchen !

The room was sufficient. The breakfast was great. We really loved Fang at the front desk. But all hotel employees were super helpful and awesome too. The bed was super comfy, I usually can't sleep in beds other than my own, but man I was knocked out every night. The pool is amazing, and there's a bar right there too. Accommodation is close enough to walk to the beach and Bangla, but far enough to be away from the crazy nightlife.

Sometimes we ran out of toilet paper and it wasn't replaced. But we just got some at the front desk.

Grand Deluxe room in new building was really good. Spacious, clean and really powerful aircon. Mattress and bedding was sooo comfy! There were previous comments about the loud prayers that are carried from the neighboring mosque, but I barely heard them myself. My room was facing mountain side and it could be that the sounds of the mosque are louder on the other side of the building. I myself did not distinguish them from the rest of the sounds characteristic of the city. Cleaning team were really lovely and other staff as well! Great massage in the spa and clean water in the pool. I stayed 3 weeks and felt really welcomed whole my visit.

I first booked deluxe room which was in the old building. However, the mattress was a bit outdated and hard for my taste, so I ended up upgrading. Otherwise, the deluxe room also seemed to be ok and clean.

The helpful staff and the overall standard of the rooms. The breakfast included was also very nice.

The early morning noise from the adjacent mosque, though this is really being picky, looking for something which i didn't like.

It was central to most places, patong beach was about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Room was clean and they were very accommodating, the staff working there were really friendly and helpful. Included breakfast buffet which was lovely. They provided us with clean towels everyday and bottled water. Had AC in the room.

The room we had, had no view at all. No microwave, no iron in the room, no cutlery in the room, no cloths to wipe down any of the surfaces such as the sink or basin.
