Location is the best. hotel facilities are the best. rooms , cleanliness are top class. Best part is this hotel is direct on beach, very lively neighborhood.

The ladies at the breakfast counter & person at reception are very rude, completely impolite, have no sense of how to behave with customers especially the foreign country non Thai speaking visitors. they irritate you beyond expectations. They should know & realize that their livelihood is only & depends on tourist like us.

The hotel is just a stone throw from the beach. kids friendly swimming pool is very happening and the roadside restaurant "Fat CoCo" has a great ambience and it's interior decor is 2nd to none. Central marina only 6 mins walk by the alley towards 2nd road. Central festival 4 mins and mike shopping center 6 mins in bath bus through one way beach road.

breakfast is good but i was so excited to have over the counter noodles soup. But they didn't serve chicken or fish in my three days stay. They only served pork on soup. Can't complain much as lots of other dishes was there.

I like the way the rooms are but feel some need a upgrade,the swimming pool is also very nice and comfortable seating arrangements around it and the staff are fantastic

actually the breakfast is not as nice as previous times and the lift going to breakfast seems to stop every floors

the location is perfect and being so close to the beach is fantastic,the rooms are a good size,the shower is also great

the breakfast is not like before and found it not worth the money

We preferred to get going in the morning and breakfasted elsewhere, Location was great, on beach road, just jump on the Baht bus and get off whenever, beach across the road,return route up 2nd road by baht bus, Hotel between Soi 2 and Soi 3,at the 2nd road end is Terminal 21 shopping centre, only few hundred metres walk, amazing place, food choice amazing, visually amazing

Small fridge, need table and chairs on balcony, more tea ,coffee, water

lovely spacious rooms with boat theme ,nice pool , staff went above and beyond had a lovely sea view

only thing disappointing was that you weren’t allowed your own drinks at the pool despite staying at the hotel, you’d had to buy from the bar and drinks were very expensive

Great location Good pool and poolside facilities. Lovely big rooms and cleaned every day. Big restaurant with buffet and a variety of foods for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Lots of building work to upgrade in progress, spa and other facilities closed. Rooms showed a lot of wear and tear on the the floorboards and furniture.
