I loved the staff they were all helpful starting with reception, Portal 🔔, restaurant and cleaners. The food is very good.

I think the hotel should consider giving free tea as well, they give coffee but not everyone drinks coffee. And when I asked for tea they told me to buy some at the restaurant. Another thing is the bathtub was not nice at all .. it was dirty and the toilet seat had blood stains when we first booked in. This was my second stay and I paid more for a better room and got the exact same type of room I got last time.

The location was great, very close to the beach. Room was spacious for my wife and 4 years old son. Breakfast buffet was worth of the price! Great service!

Some group of foreign tourists occupied the whole swimming pool during afternoon. Also they were screaming as if some swimming competition was going on! It made me little uncomfortable as they need to respect local culture and maintain privacy.

Location is near perfection for the beach and wedged between three shopping centres near by. Plenty of shops, local cleaning across the road (costs a little more but high standard and care). Cost is fair if you find it for cheap. On their own website it's well over priced. Breakfast options changed daily but the majority was the same. I enjoyed it overall. Staff are friendly, welcoming and caring. Assisted us with any issues we had. Also daily room cleaning.

Extractor fan on the balcony, when on makes it not worth sitting outside.. but the view down the street to the beach/ocean is pleasant.

As other reviewers have pointed out, this accommodation is very well located: a very short walk to the beach, to major shopping centres including a Big C Superstore, and to the other delights of the northern part of Pattaya. The street food and the 24/7 Family Mart just 50m down the road were added attractions. The room was large, clean and with a king sized bed. Those who require a very soft bed might be disappointed but I wasn't...not too soft, not too hard, just about right. And the staff were both professional and obliging.

the service was fantastic. the guy that helped me with my luggage was amazing, super kind to me every day! Cleaners were shoe friendly too.

The staff is the best part of our stay there, they went out of their way to help us and made sure that we were comfortable. They very friendly and very polite. The room was cozy and it felt like back home and We loved that. We felt very happy staying there.

Although I give Mike beach resort a solid 10 put of 10 rating. There were just 2 things we didn't like. Don't get me wrong I will go back anytime. I just feel that with the breakfast buffet they could just change the food or give a better variety for foreigners. The other thing was the bath/shower.

the bed base is not clean and the floor still have dust. Parking lot is not enough but staff can handle it very satisfy. I did not receive wifi information from staff.
