Amari Resort Pattaya is one of the most beautiful places I stayed with my family in Thailand Pattaya, a hotel that has all the services with high specifications and cleanliness that exceed all the hotels in the area, I visited it in the summer of 2022 with my family of two adults and three children, you find in the resort all the services and I will mention whatcaught our attention and made us stay in it: 1- The swimming pool is large and has water games suitable for children and adults. 2- there are also three playground which one of them is closed area with air conditioning. 3- Amari resort facing the sea and has a private area in it. 4- Its proximity to the three largest malls in Pattaya. 5- They pay great attention to hygiene and follow safety guidelines. 6- The staff is very nice and helpful, especially with children. 7- Breakfast is varied and delicious. 8- incect free, which amazed me. 9- sound proof rooms with quait environment and high quality building construction. 10- Top notch and very beautiful landscaping. 11- Elegant furniture with high standards maintenance. There are many excellent things to say which make me speechless, I can only say that after 20 years of my frequent visits to Pattaya and the variety of hotels and resorts I tried, I can only say that Amari Resort is the most beautiful and best choice for me and my family, and I advise all my friends and everyone who reads this comment to try it and they will definitely be addicted to it.

Location is perfect, the beach is just across the street,, the hotel offer beach towels at the security cabin The walk to Terminal 21 is less than 10 minutes I haven't tried the breakfast or the pool so I can't comment on that, but the hotel itself feels premium and it matches the Amari high standards

The bathroom is integrated to the room in a nice way but it has a huge flaw, the toilet has a glass wall (a huge one) but it only has blinds/blades kind of curtain which is perfect for privacy but horrible to keep the light out,, then the toilet has it's own door but it's a glass door & to make it worse it has like a 2 feet gap at the top When the sun is up it gets super bright inside and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it, even at night it won't become pitch black. so, if you're the kind of person who has to have a dark room to stay asleep, stay away from this kind of room

everything. really big room was cleaned every day, bathroom facilities were amazing. pool and pool area was clean and a very nice place to relax with an area for kids too. amazing breakfast was included in the room price.

The cost of food and drink in the hotel and pool area. a small can of Coca-Cola was 80 Baht, plus 7% tax, plus 10% service charge, so we one ate in the hotel a few times during our stay, but there are plenty of other places to eat locally if you have a lower budget like we did

The location, and facilities at the hotel were great. stuff were extremely friendly and always helpful.

The lunch and dinner options were poor, not a wide selection and some of the food we ordered didn’t taste right, although the staff were very kind and did not charge us for those meals.

Everything about amari was exceptional. Its a resort with full in house activities. Water park for kids, kids club room, excellent breakfast, lobby, staff attitude, many many sitting areas to enjoy weather.

We paid extra so we could enjoy the Executive Club and it's benefits. We had an absolutely fabulous room with wonderful sea views, lounge area, dining area, small kitchen area (microwave, sink, kettle), huge bedroom area and huge bed which was really comfortable, huge bathroom and the added benefit of 2 toilets. In the common grounds there was also a large pool and bar area which seemed very popular. Staff attention was exceptional, all so friendly and helpful. Food choice was very good in the Executive lounge, 3 times a day if one chose to partake. A wonderful place to stay in a great location. A highly recommended place to stay.

The only thing I can think of is that the "hot" food choice in the Exec Lounge could have been kept hotter/warmer. A lot of times the hot food available was cold even when we arrived at the opening time of a session.

Not having a wall/partition between washroom and bedroom is a bit of a bummer Found cockroaches in room, the small ones, killed 4-5 every day during our 3 day stay The rooms seem recently spruced up and not done to very high standards in terms of materials and hardware used

Location is very good, next to the beach, 10 minutes walk to terminal 21 mall and also close/walking distance to a little night market Chinatown and korea town, a few minutes walk to a seven eleven and 15minutes walk to another mall marina central. The pool area is also good. I could really rest, there was enough space to walk and there where enough sunbeds. There is a big swimmingpool and also a big section for children. A lot of entertainment for children at the kidsclub. The staff is professional, helpful and kind. Everything looks clean.

The rooms were spacious as we were staying in 2 bedroom suit. The pool was nice. Very kids friendly hotel overall. I chose the hotel as it was on beach but the beach is public so not really good for swimming but still it is nice to have a room looking to the ocean.

Overall experience was good. The only thing we didn’t like about hotel was the breakfast. The breakfast didn’t meet five star hotel standards at all. There were options both for western and Asian food, but it didn’t meet our expectations at all.

The family suite was spacious and clean. It came with many snacks and drinks as compliment. The breakfast had variety of choices and the taste was good. Staffs offered high standard of service. They were willing to help us with friendliness and effectiveness.

The day we stayed had Pattaya music festival which came with the lound noise outside. Luckily, the soundproof in family suite was excellent, so we could hear the sound a little bit. Anyway, the concert finished around midnight. So, it wont affect people who go to bed late that much. I still think it would have been better if the hotel had informed us in advance about this situation. It was really important fact for people who seek to stay in the quiet place.
