- To short say in the Hotel

Great location right across from the beach with a minutes to walking street, second road and lots of the major attractions. Even though it’s on the main road you can’t really hear the music from outside too much especially if you’re at the city view side rooms. Rooftop pool was a cool bonus.

Could have more / better amenities like soap, toothbrush, razor, etc. Beach view rooms are only suite so a bit too expensive and the ‘city view’ is onto an empty/derelict lot.

Manager and staff very friendly and Bee, the manager went right out of his way to enable us to receive a package of medical equipment necessary for my husband to be able to enjoy his holiday. This had been lost in transit and Bee not only tracked it down, but organised a driver to take us to the courier company to retrieve the parcel and then bring us back to the hotel. Exceptional service! Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beach was a great experience each morning with all staff so friendly and attentive. The room is spacious with everything you need to relax and unwind.

Location was perfect. Very near walking str. In front of the beach ( which is not clear ) . Nice hotel view . However not all rooms have sea view. . most of them are city view . Nice mattresses. Big beds. The staff was very polite. Breakfast didn’t have too many options however it was cheap.

Even though it was low season, and they didn’t have many customers they didn’t upgrade me to a better room. I just asked for a better view . The hotel in general is old. Furnitures are old .alumils in windows really old , Needs upgrade Pricely for its age

While it rained all the corridors were wet as there is no roof on the Central space.

The people working there were in a good mood and worked well together. Very helpful to guests. Best location in Pattaya. I have stayed at this hotel many times. The swimming pool on the rooftop- is very good.- secluded and away from the noise from the traffic. Good view and there were showers up there. The safe is attached to the furniture. Lots of places for your luggage.

Before covid they had some problems with small ants. Much better now. In one of the rooms I had there I saw 3 ants. In the other, none.

Location is meant for single people or friends, not couples. Great location across from the beach. Breakfast is affordable and good selection. When you upgrade to rooms you get more space and a sofa which was not too expensive to upgrade. Great and friendly staff.

The standard room were small and the gym needs a bit of upgrade.

Bay walk is the best place in town with this price. Great location, guest friendly, helpful staff and enough facilities for a comfortable stay. I really liked the architecture and design of the hotel which provides you an outdoor view as you exit your room. Rooms are big and we'll decorated. Pool and fitness room are a bit small but they located in right places and has a great view Generally I really enjoyed my stay there.

There was no tooth brush at room

This was my 2nd stay at Baywalk Residence and once again it was fantastic! The location on Beach Road is just perfect and you are close to everything including a couple minute walk to Walking Street. This time I had a balcony with a lovely view of the sea. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

There is nothing I don’t like about this hotel. It is 3 star and very cheap to stay but I view it as a 4 star. Maybe the swimming pool is a little basic but it was clean and well maintained.
