Beautiful place, choosing it for second time. Staff very friendly and helpful, great location, amazing territory around hotel. Was a good price because of low season. Will surely stay there again!

1. AC in the room was very noisy! 2. Waitress in the restaurant "Cabbages and Condoms" whose name was Eye (if I spell it correctly) brought me wrong bill, where I had to pay almost 1500 THB more. It was clearly attempt to cheat. After I pointed at the mistake, she brought another bill where still was additional long drink charged! After this she finally brought correct bill. I'm asking management of the resort to take measures on that. And for the guests of the restaurant - be careful when you pay!

The resort is actually quite large, with many beautiful plants like a rainforest. It has its own private beach, which is isolated from the main beaches. It feels like I stay in an island rather than Pattaya. The staffs are very attentive and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. It doesn’t have any bathtub but it doesn’t bother me at all. The breakfast is overall pretty decent. The reviews from the others complained about the cleanness of the kid’s swimming pool which has been fixed by the resort. It is now clean and nice. The vibe of this resort is very chill and relaxing. It’s hard to find a place like this in Pattaya nowadays. I enjoy my stay and will return in the future.

The breakfast was great with multiple choices, Asians as well as Westerners. The beach was peaceful and rather clean as for the swimming pool, my daughter and wife were happy with it. The restaurant "Condoms and Cabbages" is affordable and popular with the tourists, locals and expats.

The tables in the restaurant could be a little cleaner. The tops of the tables were a little stickied. Luckily, we did not have too many noisy neighbours as the rooms are not much sound proof. Also, at checkout, the staff could use a walky talky to inform the front desk if everything is correct. It would avoid the 5 to 10 minutes delay at 5 in the morning

The well kept tropical gardens The views from the restaurant and the "crows nest" were superb over the beach and ocean. Stepping straight from the resort onto the beach. The children's swimming pool and the facilities such as the fresh towel locker. The Adult pool was good but nothing exceptional to make it stand out although it was a good size. The staff do a great job in keeping the resort clean and well maintained. A very quiet spot to relax. The room was fairly plain but to be fair It was one of the cheaper rooms, but it was certainly adequate and clean and well maintained by the staff. The bathroom amenities were good although I do hate liquid soap.

The buffet breakfast served at the restaurant was average at best. It did detract a little from the overall experience but wasn't a deal breaker. There is little in the way of restaurants or entertainment in the main street and a Taxi is required if you require either although as a Getaway from the hustle and bustle it is hard to beat.

The staff in reception, security, restaurant, cleaners, gardeners were all fantastic, friendly and professional. The food in the restaurant in the evening was delicious! The views, beach and grounds were gorgeous. The suite on the beach was huge, beautifully decorated and a lovely hideaway. The animals roaming the grounds were lovely to watch, great social enterprise initiative too! So nice to be in an area of tranquility surrounded by greenery, animals and calm, right on the beach, close to a couple of shops. Loved having lizards and cats and rabbits around and plenty of birds and butterflies to watch. Gorgeous sunsets!!

Only downside: not the property at fault, but very noisy beach in the morning from 7am so not great for laying in if you have the beachfront property. Breakfast was disappointing, but selection was good. For cooked foods; nothing from the buffet was warm let alone hot / fresh. However, great options and fresh to make omelette station. Termite infestation in the jacuzzi bath when we arrived but was cleaned over the first few days. Drinks prices were high (for the location) and beers were not very chilled) but plenty of choices.

There wasn’t any smoking areas to have a drink - just smoking corners in grounds The condom theme is a bit weird albeit that the owner who opened resort made money from condoms but it is a completely family friendly resort and plenty kids there Rooms being surrounded by tropical gardens means you might get some small lizards and insects but hotel supplied spray in room and it wasn’t a great problem

The beach was very neat and clean and well organised for the guests. The pool was also really appealing. The restaurant ambience, staff and the food quality was really very great. My wife being a nature lover, the location, view, the antique type furniture of the restaurant, layout was really great. The food quality was also very good, though we recommend some more vegetarian options for vegetarian guests!!!. The two day stay was really really great and it brought happiness and smile to my family which was a satisfactory response for me since i had made the bookings.

Some more options of vegetarian items in the breakfast menu could have been great, otherwise the available food quality was really good. The hotel can also provide some extra coffee, tea, sugar sachets in the rooms, so that it should not be a limiting factor.

This is such a special place, with its beautiful garden and funny signs around the grounds. It's very peaceful and there are a lot of birds and wildlife around.

The reception is not 24 hours. I arrived at midnight and there was nobody around. A night porter showed up after about 10 minutes. I had told them my arrival time in advance and this could have been managed better. Pre-Covid, there was always someone there. I don't think there should be an extra charge for nice coffee in the morning if breakfast is already included in the price.

the room was very spacious and clean. Good for people who like to be close to nature. Beach access was good.

There was a black cat roaming in the restaurant every day. Saw a snake one day during breakfast on a tree in the restaurant. The breakfast spread was very limited and same every day, more over all items were cold. No one stays in the reception at night. you are given phone numbers to call them if required at night.

Breakfast was ok, eggs cooked each day as i wanted. The location is great overlooking the sea, and the restaurant has open sides (no walls, birds, animals fresh air)
