It was at a very quiet place and very near to the beach. The rooms were not only clean, but they were of good size too. The terrace was really good to have where you could relax, and the view was wonderful. I see in one of the comments someone said that the bed was hard, but they were really comfortable. There is a small marketplace nearby at a walking distance where you can buy anything and some good restaurants and bars as well. The message parlors were good too. I think it is one of the best location.

The Internet was reasonable, but it would have to be rebooted sometime and there is no bar/restaurant in the hotel.

Comfy apartment with double bed and bunk beds. Breakfast options were good for 3 star hotel. Great location only short walk to quiet end of the beach and around the corner a road with bunch of restuarants. We travelled down for the weekend from Bangkok with our 4 and 2 year old kids.

Swimming pool is only a postage stamp, but we knew this beforehand from reviews. No balcony, but think this is because I booked family suite with bunk beds and should have went for the slightly bigger room.

Quiet, comfortable and clean. Huge suite with kitchen equipment but no pans. OK range of tv channels and strong WiFi. Very good access to the beach across the road. This is a great part of pattaya and less of a zoo than the main beach. Overall, we were impressed with the hotel.

Breakfast in the room meant food a bit cool when it arrived. Good choices though.

Everything was great. The big room with the comfortable balcony, friendly staff, good located. In case I have an opportunity, I would like to stay here next time.

Since the breakfast is served in the room, it would be better to add a chair to the kitchen bar, so it would be more comfortable. Sometimes hot water disappears during showering for the short time, for me it wasn't a big deal, but anyway

Welcoming friendly staff, special thanks to Nang and beer on the front desk, and to the manager Preeaporn who quickly resolved an issue on our arrival. Big room with lovely view of the beach. short walk to Tesco Lotus, 7/11, multiple restaurants, bars, Spa’s etc will definitely stay again 😀

The location was great. At the peaceful end of the resort and close to the beach. The hotel was nice and quiet. The room was big (it was actually a suite).

The hotel is a little tired now and will need an update on the next few years. It is about a 20 minute walk to the bars and shops in town though there is plenty close by.

Staff very nice. Room very big. Location excellent for beach. Plenty of pillows and bed linen good. Plenty of hot water. Well stocked fridge if required. Everything in the room very clean, pleasant and convenient. Good car parking.

Bed was two twin beds joined: my wife didn't like the join. I didn't mind. Bed mattrass very hard. This is healthy, good for sleeper, so again I didn't mind.

The suite was spacious and had a refrigerator and microwave. Lovely balcony with ocean view. Staff were professional and courteous.

Our only negative experience was the shower. Water pressure was a little low and the temperature fluctuated.
