The pool area was beautiful. The price was great for a 5* hotel, it was very clean and the bed was super comfortable and huge. The hotel is massive and smells great. The rooms are spacious and everything worked properly... incl a/c, fridge, lights, curtains, TV, shower pressure was great too. They provided small shampoos and tooth brushes and fresh towels. We were on 28th floor with a nice view, although it's not very very close to the sea... They offered a free shuttle to terminal 21 shopping mall, which is only minutes away... the toilets were always clean and the breakfast buffet had a lot if choice although it was mainly Thai, Chinese and Indian food... There were hot and cold varieties of food from boiled eggs, to toast, fruit, juices, coffee, rice, ,cakes cereals, noodles, fried rice and curries. They would cook you and omelette if you asked them to. You can get a cheap van ride to Pattaya Central for about 20p per person. The house keeping people were a bit lazy, although we tipped them to help boost them a little... the location is good, only 10mins from pattaya Central by car.... All in all a great stay, for a great price and lovely hotel... I would recommend to anyone...

The power cut works did disturb us for half a day.... Some of the house keeping staff and bar staff were lazy with a bit of an attitude... The bars generally offered limited stuff and were quite expensive.

Luxurious level in general. Location is good, 5 minutes to the beach by motorcycle. View is very nice, especially on top floor. Staff were extremely friendly. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Room cleaning was flexible with our day activities and made room always clean and in order. Elevators are fast. Room was large with two separate air conditioners, TV, extra towels, bathrobes and slippers, nice glasses, good fridge. The bed was so large and comfortable. Bathroom was large with two sinks which is suitable for couples. Swimming pool area and gym was so nice.

The built-in lighting was unfortunately not enough option to create perfect cozy atmosphere in evenings and the room has only one night light. The sofa was already quite used a lot with many spots on it. The breakfast was good enough, but sometimes the accent was made too much for Indian menu. We had quite loud neighbors and were hearing them talking often.

Neat and Clean Hotel Good Food but less choice Honest Staff , They honestly return my money which I lost in the lobby. Thank you and had a wonderful time during my stay.

Beautiful building, great friendly and polite staff, the drinks/shakes were absolutely delicious as well as the foods, big breakfast buffet, beautiful modern rooms where everything was working perfectly and a very large comfortable bed and cushions, amazing views from the corner room with harbor view and the location is also great as it is quiet at night but just a few mins away from terminal 21 and the beginning of the beach road, a very pleasant stay, we loved it ❤️❤️❤️

The cleanliness, they don't know how to properly clean a room especially with a vacuum cleaner, there were hairs on the floor from other people upon arrival as well as stains and fingerprints etc everywhere and also the windows need an outside clean

Nice rooms, spacey and super huge bed with a skyscraper view (we were on 27th floor), great 10th floor restaurant with and fast elevators, plenty of parking. Feels good and everything works, good service.

it was really a problem that the internet was so poor. 1-3 Mbit in the rooms. 20 Mbit in the lobby and restaurant. The worst I had anywhere in Pattaya and not suitable for people who needs to work. you can’t sit in Lobby with music running. Don’t trust the high internet rating on Booking.com. Any other 5-star hotel will have 80+ Mbit internet and not 1-3 in the rooms. Up and down. I only made it work with my mobile from the room at a certain angle which was 40 times faster. 5G only available on higher floors.

- Huge hotel - modern/renovated rooms ! which is very good for Old Pattaya hotels - Quality of food - Quiet rooms that means thick walls - Sometimes the prices are good, depends on choosen period - The view is superbe, harbor and both sea view. Also the view from pool is great - Staff is great/welcoming - Good wifi also for home office - Gym has many machines I would definetly come again here next time as I travel often to Pattaya

- Sometimes gym AC is not working, but they are working to fix it usually - Maybe location too far from beach, but with bolt/grab you can reach it easily - Not sure if they have double bed but last time they added two single beds together and the plastic rollers were noisy... They move if you move fast in them.. - Sometimes you call front desk and they forget stuff, a bit clumsy, but try again, don't be shy - For foreigners.. idk, but for Thai for sure price of food and drinks is quite high...

A great location just enoughf out ot yhe main town. I pointed out that the poole was not clean and it eas claned the next day. As an apologie they put cake and fruit in my room
