Everything from room service to food Staff were friendly professional with good English language .Staff member delivered Cigarettes to my room long after hours Food was Super location was perfect 5 minutes drive to beach road 10 out of 10 I definitely will return.My compliments also to Micheal Service manager who organised a beautiful cake for my wife's birthday

It's an exceptionally well kept place to stay. The breakfast is very varied. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. The resort itself is well away from the main street while keeping a close proximity to all you could ask for. The garden is also just a pleasure to be in.

Things we disliked are more related to how the rooms themselves are designed. There was only one big window for the whole room and it was hardly sufficient. This is expedited by the lack of bright electric light for the living space and there were only two places to plug in your power adaptor.

Very friendly staff, very clean, wonderful plants and well arranged, great pool, unfortunately only to warm, restaurant has very good quality, the Terminal 21 mall in the other side of the street is a true experience (food choices are amazing, nice shop and so much nice details (don’t miss the toilets)

WiFi is not on the standard as it should be in 2023, despite the nice hotel and the great mall Pattaya as a location is not to recommend (horrible beach, city center is awful, unfortunately the bad reputation is well deserved)

Too many sun beds being reserved by the same people. Silly towel coding system for different rooms. No towel station. Still in need of modernisation, but won’t stop me staying. Breakfast sometimes lacking… ran out of teabags and orange juice by 8:30 am! Send someone to Lotus…. It’s next door!

I had a bad experience: we are a group of 15 persons, we have been in this hotel already 3 times...allways perfect. But in October 2022: I had unfortunantly a bad luck with the reservation for the group: 1 room more was booked by mistake. Never used.I tried to clear it with the responsable staff of the hotel,We have been already 4 times in the hotel with our groupe , but he had no comprehension: you have to pay this unused room for the 2 days fo our staying in the hotel. There was no concession: only you have to pay!!! Unfortunatly a very bad experience. There for the assessment of the hotel has to be : bad !

they advertised playground facilities when in fact it was just an old wood structure not suitable for children to play on. the wifi was terrible. I was sent an email saying the manager would approach me to sort out some issues I had but that never happened.

swimming pool is perfect reception staff are rude at time they need to learn some manners to deal with the guests to the end of the conversation before they walk away to do other things

smoking area should be kept separate from family area I don’t feel I can sit outside our room because of next door resident are smoking all the time our room front courtyard sitting area is quiet small for our family

A peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can unwind in the beautiful garden-like setting or take a dip in the pool. Breakfast featured a wide variety of choices to satisfy all tastes. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately the air conditioner in our room was inadequate for the size of the room.

a well established, clean and friendly Resort. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Breakfast choice is like in a top rated 5 star hotel, pool and its size amazing. Huge parking lot and rooms are far from the road so nearly no noise even in the open air restaurant area. Staff helpful and freindly as always, more professional then in many of the higher rated places. Good command of English.

Rooms "H" a tad too dark inside, I would recommend to add a moscito-net door inside to have the door open when A/C is not needed and add some lamps inside.
