This for budget hotel was very good 5 mins walk to beach ⛱️ coffee shops restaurants etc and baht bus 20 mis straight to central festival 25 mins to terminal 21 big bed nice shower clean ideal for anyone on a budget well worth the stay would use again

Very nice comfortable clean room, very quiet location. Only 5 minutes walk to Jomtien beach. Not busy due to restrictions. Breakfast was included rice soup cold water.
Hard to find CU 2 located behind derelict building but telephone call helped.
