Stayed 3 days in Z y Zing. Room was big, clean, facilities were very good , Housekeeping was also nice. They used to maintain hygiene. Everything was very good. But it was 7/8 km far from central Pattaya. Apart from distance it is an excellent hotel for those who wants to stay in Jomtien Beach area.

Distance was far from Central or North Pattaya which was heart of city.

Walk-in shower-Good water pressure and warm water. Room was very spacious with mini fridge,hot water pot,coffee,tea,and complimentary water. The bed was comfortable. Power outlets on both sides of the bed. Room also has a sofa with table, 1 bedside table, wardrobe, flat screen TV, and balcony. It was about a 5 minute walk to 7/11, restaurants, and the beach. It also has free parking. It was my 1st time staying at Z in Pattaya. It will now be my #1 choice for Pattaya from this point forward.

No big complaints, I was happy with my stay.

I like the location. About a 5 minute walk to the beach + food. Hotel felt safe and secure. clean bedsheets.

Definitely could smell but not see mold. This place is fine for 1-2 nights before the smell of mold became to much to handle. I changed rooms because of the smell.

I am not kind of person, who expects 4-star services for mere 20 USD, and thus I rate this hotel accordingly (8). The location Is central, near beach and restaurants.

No balcony and miserable "view," so think about it when deciding which type of room to book!

Good sized modern room with kettle and a room safe

I like a balcony or terrace and being on the ground floor the terrace was not accessible from the room. You had to go through reception and walk around the side to access the table and chairs but no electric socket for my laptop.

Very spacious and clean rooms, daily room service. Clean and new showers with steady hot water stream. Good working aircon. Really one the best budget places I stayed in Thsiland

There is no outdoor tables as shown on the photo and description. This should be removed and not be misleading.

Terrific people, very friendly and obliging. The rooms lovely and clean, importantly inviting. Would I stay there again, most certainly.

There are many things that could have been better all of which are not essential or would simply cost more money. Our stay was perfect and great value for money

Very nice big and very clean room with essential shower, TV, WIFI, kettle and drinks provided.

Although good looking big bed, unfortunately not comfortable too hard mattress and likewise pillows, therefore not a good night's sleep.

My wife and I regularly stay at z- by Zing, very quiet and very clean hotel, for people who just need a place to sleep and spend the day at the beach or sightseeing.

Nice clean rooms, good smiling staff always happy to serve you 👍
