This hotel is absolutely wonderful. I needed to book a hotel for a month's stay at very short notice and after reading some reviews online, decided to book the DeeProm hotel and I'm so glad I did. The hotel is located just off the Central Pattaya road (Pattaya Klang) but the noise level is very low. It's a 20 min walk to the beach and there is a Big C & Home Pro just across the road so is very convenient for anything you may need to buy. I generally went out for breakfast as there are many cafes nearby but when I did have breakfast at the hotel, it was delicious and there was plenty of choice. My room was always always kept neat and clean with up to two bottles of water provided every day. The Wi-Fi in my room and around the pool area was very fast and with no connection problems at all. Finally, Jill and Chaming on the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful, spoke very good English and always had a smile and a chat when I left the hotel each morning. I cannot recommend the DeeProm hotel highly enough.

The location is found in a quite area but still near to the main attractions. You can easily walk to the beach or any mall nearby as well as the walking streets. It is ideal if you want to spend the day outside and come back to relax and sleep without being disturb by the night life. The room itself was comfortable and clean. With alll staff being adorable and helpful.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at DeeProm Pattaya for 16 days after an 8-month journey across Asia and we couldn't have asked for a better experience to end our travels. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the most friendly staff (Jill, Charming, Farida, Touy and Gnoc who truly made our stay memorable. They always had a smile on their faces and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, with our room being serviced everyday. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to start our day, and the pool was a lovely addition, it’s big and nicely hidden in the back. They had refillable water bottles with a filling station, a bag to carry around and also bathrobes, the little things definitely make a difference. DeeProm's location was ideal—close enough to the beach and town center to enjoy all the attractions, yet just far enough out to provide a peaceful and quiet retreat. We loved the tranquility of the hotel after busy days exploring Pattaya. Overall, DeeProm Pattaya exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya and will definitely stay here again if we return. We will miss the ladies very much and hope to see them soon Anto and Brook

Quiet location but near amenities, shopping, restaurants, bars, Kentucky Fried, Subway, all very close if needed. Intimate since not large, approximately 40 rooms only. Quiet and shaded clean pool. Great Thai breakfast and freshly cooked to order eggs and bacon options, English tea and coffee machine free 24 hours. Real Thai atmosphere and genuine friendliness. Great value. Very clean. Big room, large bed with mattress not hard and quality linen and pillows, hot powerful large shower, modern quiet aircon, blackout curtains. The staff are fantastic, professional laughing happy cleaners, kitchen great, and Jill and Chawin in reception are complete superstars. Towards the end of our 6 week stay we felt like Deeprom was a second home every time we returned from a couple of days away. If you want a large impersonal high cost beach hotel in a busy noisy area that could be anywhere on the planet don't stay here. The beach and nightlife are only 20 to maximum 30 minutes walk or a cheap Grab or Bolt or even cheaper scooter taxi. Or hire a scooter and park safely at the hotel. Stay here!

The staff couldn't do enough for us. We stayed for a month and were treated like royalty from start to finish. Nothing was too much for anyone, be it front of house, waitresses, kitchen staff, housekeeping or engineering. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, with options for both Western and Thai guests and catering for the full range from carnivores to vegans. We were given a lovely, comfortable room with views over the city and an efficient air conditioning system, which was most welcome as temperatures were in the mid-thirties much of the time.

We couldn't fault anything. The only extra facility we would, if possible, like to see is an evening meal option but, in all honesty, we would probably only have taken advantage of it on a few occasions - after particularly tiring days - since the area abounds in restaurants, bars, food halls and street food vendors suiting all budgets and tastes.

I love to get the dyed bathrobe as souvenir but twas out of stock. Very sustainable and eco friendly- having a glass bottles and providing a bag you can use for beach

It was my second stay at the hotel and i got a warm welcome at the reception. Nice and almost new hotel, super friendly staff. Great spacy rooms, big hot shower, good bathroom. Rooms are cleaned every day. Tv, watercooker, safety box and fridge in the room. Big breakfast every morning Thai and western. Nice pool in a beautiful garden. The hotel is in a side street and very quiet at night. I specially would like to thank the staff and crew for their great work. Thanks!

Very friendly staff and great value. Our room was spacious, comfy, bright and well-maintained. The beds are on the soft side and ours was huge! Shower worked well, AC and WiFi too. Breakfast was nice with a combination of à la carte items and a small additional buffet. We loved that there was a coffee machine that could be used during the whole day (fresh milk only in the morning). The hotel also provides refillable bottles and free water 24hrs. A lot of attention to small details. Location is calm. We liked the salt-water pool (decent size, enough for some swimming).

Not much. Pattaya is a pretty stinky city, this includes the water. But that's not the hotels fault and probably the same in other places. Pool is mostly in shadow. Not a big deal for us.

Jil was such an exceptional guest service. she became our favorite CS out of all the hotels we have stayed in Thailand for the entire 2 weeks we were there. she was so patient to our kids and accommodation us with her true thai warmness, sweetness, welcoming personality. the hotel and room were different stories too! the design was just neat that it literally looked like our home in the US, and our room was so complete with everything we needed. it is also quite a walk from the red light district which I appreciated since we didn’t go to Pattaya for that esp as a family.
