The rooms are huge, it's like a mini condo, big rooms with big soft beds and pillows. Room was cleaned with fresh towels and shower gel and shampoo everyday. Air conditioning worked spot on and room was nice and cold. 10min walk down to the beach onto beach road, also a 10min walk to the terminal 21 shopping mall. 7 eleven convenient shop right at the door step of the hotel, great for late night snacks or any drinks (shop opened 24hrs) Big shower with great water pressure, as I shower everyday this is a must, and I must say I was not disappointed. The hotel offer free shuttle service to the beach (beach road) and to Terminal 21 shopping Mall. I stayed in Thailand for 12 nights, first Stop Pattaya, second Phuket, and last Bangkok. This hotel was the best hotel out the 3 hotels I stayed in. Would I stay here again, 100% and would recommend it.

There's nothing to dislike, maybe just the breakfast timing. Think they could run the breakfast until midday and not 10am, even though I dont sleep till late in the afternoon but I'm on holiday and rather just laze around in bed for a bit not having to watch the time for breakfast times, but I'm guessing all hotels have this. This didnt bother me as much and will not stop me from staying here again.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are very spacious with two big double beds. We booked two rooms for 5 people, but our grandma lived alone in a separate room as for my family of 4 one room was enough. The breakfast was good, every day they baked pancakes or coconut cookies, omelette. There were two types of fruit - pineapple and watermelon. Seven Eleven and Central Marina shopping mall are right opposite the hotel, very convenient. Beach is not nearby, 20 minute walk, but it doesn’t bother

Wish there were more chicken instead of pork. No kids menu. No cheese. They didn’t allow to refill bottle with fresh water, it seemed strange for me. We didn’t use swimming pool as the water in it was extremely cold. But the sea is amazing so no need of swimming pool

we have stayed here a few times breakfast is very good staff friendly big c opposite the hotel terminal 21 a short walk or you can take hotel shuttle. there is a back road that will take you to thai bbq on third road.

the gym is still not available and that makes it 6 months plus since we were there and they working on the gym.

The breakfast was great as they have a lot of choices including a noodle, rice and egg stations. The location is very close to Central and Big C and a little walk to get to Terminal 21. The room was surprisingly huge and spacious with a nice balcony. Enjoyed their awesome swimming pool too, we swam like we own the pool for 2 days.

The hotel was very quiet maybe not many people staying when I was there but a very nice place. Room was excellent great en suite big shower. Very clean. The pool looked good although didn't use it. I would stay again for sure

Location of the Property! Grand Palazzo Hotel is just a couple of hundred meters away from BigC, Central Marina and 1.5km from Terminal 21. Alcazar and Tiffany's show are at walking distance (15 to 20 minutes MAX. Street foods can be found from both sides of the hotel. 7/11 shop is just hundred steps away from the main entrance!

Ideal location, staff very helpful

First night some noise late into the night / morning from venue close to the hotel. Not really the hotels fault, but they still promptly upgraded me into another room. So all good, would definitely return getting this sort of service.. They could not do enough to make sure the rest of the stay was perfect.

Loved the big room and bed, toilets where big too. The breakfast was until 10am wich was good and variety of dishes.

Shame we weren't allowed to smoke in the big balcony and the bar wasn't open this time.
