the pillow is comfortable…the view of the sky pool and bar…the bell boy is very smiley and help us to carry luggage to room or car park after check out … high floor room is good view at a small balcony…competitive price including breakfast buffet, spacious room…

the reception staff need more smile. the shower room ground leaking water to the room. they did not reply your special request via booking.com message channel.

Location was off the main road but close enough to all main attraction ,walking distance 5-10 min. to the road with taxi ,motor bike and bath buss access, great roof top infinity pool and roof top bar, breakfast was good ,egg station plus Thai food option as well .

reception desk night and early morning male staff complete oblivious to needs of hotel guests ,completely uninterested to help resolve issues of day to day hotel guest requests.

1. Breakfast is great... great food, great staff 2. cozy rooms... very new 3. infinity pool on the roof top is very nice, view to the beach specially during sunset is breathtaking.... pool bar restaurant is also very nice...

we wanted to change our rooms (2) due to a genuine reason.... but the staff tried to upgrade us at an extra cost... which I did not find very welcoming. but I appreciate they fulfilled our requirement....

Needs a bit more for English people at breakfast, didn't like the surcharge on food and drink if you bought it from the hotel only had drinks and had a surcharge ask if guests had to pay they said yes which we didn't like so only had 2 drinks there the hole week we stop which is not like us,don't agree with surcharge it should be up to us if we won't to tip them.

The teem at the hotel love to service and work. Thell try to make you happy with anything. The family rooms are awsome fo 2 peaple. Then clin the rooms very good. The breckfast was ok

The breckfast did not have many options and they do 1 way off cooking eges the same every day so if you stay for mor then a week dont take breckfast. No one wants to eat the same every day

The room had a unique layout with the sink and vanity light outside the bathroom and practically in the bedroom. It had a comfy bed/pillows and there was an extra seating area near the window. The room has a nice and modern style and was spacious enough. Over in the breakfast hall, I found it to be a good size for people to socially distance and the breakfast was varied enough with toast, eggs, cereal/ coffee/ tea/ fruits, and a few other things. Not the most extensive but good enough. There was a small garden and terrace here also. Next to the breakfast hall was a pool table fyi. The pool and bar area was really impressive and I can imagine it being a buzzing place when more people arrive. The pool was a narrow infinity pool with nice sun decks overlooking the city and the gym was neat and tidy but cozy. There was plenty of room to walk about on the terrace and hang out at the bar. This property is about 10-15 walk to beach road and has a convenience store next door as well as three outdoor restaurants.

I think the coffee could have been of better quality because it wasn't pleasant tasting. The bedroom could have brighter lighting as an option to the modern 'dim' lighting. Also, when there is an issue with mosquitoes, more should be done to help protect guests by having repellant available and smoke coils. Upon check-in, I was bitten by a swarm that hung around the entrance of the hotel. Even though I explained that this is not nice for guests, I don't think the staff got the point. There is not that much around the hotel in terms of entertainment.

The hotel is really nice and the rooms big and cozy. I'd have given an 'excellent' rating if not the staff had forgotten to inform us of the results of our PCR test (Test and Go programme) and let us be confined to the room for 24 hours (they are supposed to call you once, the results come in, usually after 4-8 hours, but in our case they let us wait for 24 hours until I went to the reception to complain)O

they should have called us right away when the pcr test results were out, and not forget it and let us wait in the room for 24 hours!

The place in general is well designed, well maintained, the equipe it's warm and gentle, the restaurant very authentic, the pool and the bar rooftop are the cherry on top of the cake. Looks cooler than Hilton Absolutely recommended 😀
