Its a very good budget hotel. Centrally located between Jomtien and central Pattay.

Tvere is one big issue to not give a perfect rating. That was how is it possible for a good hotel to have so bad shower. The water change between reall hot and cold. Impossible to regulate other than have just cold. Its even dangerous because the hot is very hot and comes suddenly!

Solid budget option, room was clean, shower floor was a little iffy but ok overall. Staff is great. Breakfast is the usual limited hotel stuff but worth it if you add 1 or 2 USD onto the room price. I wouldn't buy the breakfast at the listed full price. 7-11 and a cheap street food stand next door. 5 minute grab or minibike from walking street and a little further than that to Jomtien, it is walkable to either if you had the time or inclination to do so. 5-10 minute walk from Jomtien Bus stop if you come from Bangkok airport by bus. I would not recommend a long stay but it does the job for the price with cleanliness, great staff, and security.

Hotel Zing is the best budget hotel in Pattaya. It has all facilities, two swimming pools one on the ground floor and one on the rooftop. Buffet breakfast is quite good with many choices. The location is very good with the Bhat bus always available day and night. Two 7Eleven is just beside the hotel and is delightful.The hotel refurbished the hotel lobby and fully air-conditioned and the full time restaurant is offering good foods at the street food price and foods are really good and served nicely. All the staff are working 24 × 7 . I strongly recommend this hotel for staying in Pattaya.

it is nice and clean budget hotel. polite staff - nice swimming pool they but new fence and light around when I was there. I stayed about 5 time before and this time I stayed 9 week. I have been travelling to Thailand over decades and stayed in several hotel but since discovered this hotel never stayed anywhere else. Nice lobby and convenient to get around with BHT bus There was problem with AC and kettle but the fixed promptly. You need to give a try for one or two night and then you can see yourself and compare with other places with same price.

value for money staff location hotel itself clean

We liked the location of the hotel. And also value for money. Very amazingingly tasty food. Lobby area is well decorated. And seating area at the front of the hotel and near the swimming pool are the best part of the hotel.

Mattress and pillows were very hard for our liking. The plumbing system of the hotel has some issues.. It's either very hot water or cold water. And also sometimes the toilet stinks.. Other than that everything was great..

When I got there I thought they only had a basement with limited parking but later I realized that there were more parking available at the rear of the hotel which was good. Room size is not big but nice and comfy. 7/11 and TOPS mini mart is just a walk away. About 1.5km away from Pattaya Walking Street.

The ventilation fan in the bathroom was very loud, when switched ON. So logically, just keep it switched OFF if not using it. Informed the reception but looks like they had heard it all before.

The hotel staff is fantastic, whatever you may ask, they do what they can to help you. We changed rooms because we wanted to be closer to the rest of the family, It was resolved in a second and we got the room we wanted. The breakfast was also excellent, good selection.

The bar closed too early in my opinion, There could also be a slightly better selection of drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

Maybe little away from Walking street ( By walk ) but Can’t complain Much , Everything seems Good 👍🏻 ( Taxi is Cheap )

it was very clean, aircon was awesome, food was delicious, extremely good value for money

when i said its cheaper on booking . com im going to book it there😂 the reception stafff started ignoring me and not responding lol otherwise excellent hotel but very far to everything the beach and the Walking street which is why you would go to pattaya!
