👍😍Very nice and friendly staff. LISA at the Reception was very nice & helpful and spoke very well English. NEO Hotel has a great Price Ratio.It is a budget hotel for easy or single traveler...ok. Near by are some bars and restaurants and stores massage places and street corner food. The pool was 50m away...we love it....only us. Beach about 200m from the Hotel with Street Food there and Money Exchange near by. Everything walking distance. PERFECT PLACE for BUDGET TRAVELERS. 10Bath TukTuk Taxi stoped every 3 - 5 minutes to Pattaya Walking Street. Will come again. Rene IG: renepeter57

Great location and friendly staff!! I enjoyed my stay at this hotel as I already stayed there for 3 weeks in November last year (2022)!
No matter where I travel, my laptop is always with me as I'm a strong user, and Wifi is an absolute requirement for me. During the last week of my stay, Wifi was often not available and I had to purchase mobile data from DTAC, a mobile operator. Fridge too small!!

Front desk was very nice and helpful. I loved how quiet it was in my room on the 3rd floor. The towels were newer and soft. It was nice to have a lift, and it worked very well.
The bedding was clean, but it had an oder, almost like it wasn't in the dryer long enough after being washed?

The water was not hot enough for taking shower!!! I was not feeling comfortable at all. I Informed the staff many times but no action was taken. The Wifi didn't work for 4 days before checkout. Despite repeated complaints to staff, no action was taken and I had to buy mobile data to do my work.

Excellent location close to everything: food, bars, shops, beaches, transport, etc. Very quiet day and night. Friendly staff. Comfortable bedding. Modern bathroom.

Close to the beach. Hidden in a quiet little street. TV has a good variety of channels in English. Room has a small fridge, kettle and complimentary bottles of water.
The windows can not be open because of the mosquitos. There was no hot water in the shower.

The location is good, not quite near the beach but able to walk between Dongtan & Jomtien area. Stalls are good and the restaurants nearby are acceptable.
Just only the silence and unlively night here. (compared with my previous couple of days staying in Central Pattaya)
