I love the staff, happy smiling and friendly. Hotel ever so clean, I make sure I tell the room staff that every time I stay there. Pool is lovely and look great at night with lights. The food is good, always both Thai and western choices, coffee is decent, breakfasts are good. Seems to be pretty mixed crowd these days. Gym does what I need, steam room is sweaty, but the Sauna is not up to expectations of a Finn, where sauna originates from. I would call it a warm room. However despite the sauna, I love coming back and this was my third time. Price is good what you get.

Lovely sauna but not warm enough. We Finns expect something between 70 and 80 degrees.

This was the 3rd time i stayed at this hotel. It's the best value for money place in all of Pattaya. Great rooms, location, pool facities, customer service. Once I had a small issue with blocked toilet and wifi connection, the staff assisted the problems immediately. The breatkfast buffer in the bistro attached to the hotel is excellent value for money. There are plenty of bars, eating places, massage shops and beach facilities within easy walking distance of the resort.

Can't really complain about anything. Did the price you pay there is nothing to complain about.

I only used it for one night so i could walk easily to the Pattaya-Bangkok airport bus station to take the first bus. Room was small, but comfortable size. A "do not disturb" card. Bathroom was good. Safety box was good size. Pool looked good. 24 hour staff member at reception. Can check out from 05:00, which was main reason for staying here since i needed to leave early.

Door had no separate lock from inside, so anyone with a key can come in even when you are in the room. If you are with multiple people, you may not notice it. However, as a single traveller, i do notice it for my safety.

Zing resort and spa was excellent. The staff were amazing and nothing was too hard for them. Our room was cleaned every day and was spotless. Great pool with towels supplied even for use at the beach. Location was central to all cafes, restaurants and bars. Very quiet area given the number of bars close by. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in the LGBT area, and we totally enjoyed the entire community. Looking forward to staying again.

This is my all time favourite in Jomtien Beach pattaya. The staff are great and very friendly and nothing is a problem. Was upgraded to a Pool Suite room right next to the pool which was great. I cant thank them enough for their hospitality . Room was very quiet ,good shower pressure and very comfortable king size bed . I didnt need room to be cleaned every day but cleaning maids always leaving bottles of water for me and asking anything I needed. Who needs 5 star when you have the comforts of home..Well Done

if only one problem the wifi did play up sometimes .

I did not like the fact that they locked the disabled access at every occasion, so therefore I had to go through reception and then embark and disembark steps to gain access to the building , I had to wait in most occasions to the attention of one of the staff to open the gate to give me access .
