This is my second stay here and as before everything went well. The staff did remember and were glad to see me again and made me feel very welcome. I will be staying at this property again in the future.

Only had one issue I was given a room at the front which if you're a person who stays out late is fine. Sadly I am not and the street noise was not acceptable to me. I asked to change to a room at the back which I got straight away.

A great price in a central location, staff were helpful & friendly. they offered ear plugs for noise but we can’t say we needed them! You can pay for a coffee -20 Baht plus beer extremely good prices!

didn’t offer breakfast however we knew that before we went & place opposite and down the road offers it. nothing else to add.

-The Hotel is located near Pattaya Night Bazaar (3-5 mins walking distance), the Walking Street (10-15 mins walking distance), and various street food vendors. - The staffs are friendly and helpful, they give us tips regarding the transport option in Pattaya (motorbike rental). - The value of money is also suitable for budget travelers.

-The Hotel should improve the lighting in some hotel areas, ex: the stairs and corridors, since it might be too dark for guests, especially at night.

The hotel is in a quiet street in the heart of Pattaya Central. It is a stone's throw away to Central Festival mall and to a number of great restaurants in Soi Buakhao. So by day, it is accessible to shopping and dining, and by night it is perfect for a good night sleep. The room has all the necessities you need for a decent stay (great bed, pillows, tv, ref, toilet, a/c). Plus, the whole hotel feels modern and up-to-date.

i’ve stayed in this hotel a couple of times before Covid this was the first time I’ve been back and once again the staff were very friendly and helpful they always put a smile on your face in the morning 🙂

I would’ve preferred to be on second level 2 but I was on the 4 floor and my friend was on the fifth floor I did request to be on low levels but this did not affect my holiday at all just made me climb up more stairs and burn more calories 🤣🤣🙂

Modern, cosy and clean room. The corner room has a lot of corner, which I liked very much.

The massage ladies outside were very loud at night, calling to tourists.

Very nice budget hotel with decent cleaning, helpful staff, and great quality compared to what you pay. If you suffer small noises like fridge noise, you'll likely use earplugs to sleep like I did. Nice and smart location near all the entertainment bars and nightlife. Overall very recommended hotel, I'll be back next year!

Noisy fridge very next to my bed but earplugs saved me. Not a big concern for such a bargain price.

the room is little but very cosy and comfortable. the staff is very friendly and helpfull. everything is clean. the hôtel is well located in Pattaya, close from everything : you can go to many places simply by walking (beach, port for islands, restaurant, clubs, etc.)

Its not a hotel's fault but you can hear the music from the nearby bars until 2AM. If you dont play to get to sleep earlier - it wont be a problem (again, its location specific and NOT hotel's fault)
