The staff were very helpful and friendly. Daily service of the room. The place was overall cheerful and located in a boisterous party area.

The area was quite noisy and hyperactive past midnight. The area would close down at 0330 am. The windows were not double glazed and the disturbance was quite a bit not allowing sleep.

First and foremost, the staff are excellent. Polite, courteous and always greeted with a smile. Willing and able to accommodate you if at all possible. The location is ideal if you're into the nightlife scene. Plenty of bars and small clubs to attend to should it pique your interest and also if you don't mind the music well passed midnight. A 7-11 (w/ATM) is conveniently located near the hotel. A pharmacy AND laundry service are literally to the right and left of the hotel. So the hotel IS newly renovated, however, some of the design remains the same which may be problematic for some (which I'll highlight below).

I believe if you're someone who may have trouble with stairs, this hotel wouldn't be ideal as there is no elevator/lift (and they're quite steep). So should you be located on the top floor, it's definitely going to be a hike. But as I said, the staff is always looking at your best interest. Also, personally, I prefer the toilet and shower to be separate entities. You don't want your toilet paper to be drenched after simply taking a shower.

This is my second stay here and as before everything went well. The staff did remember and were glad to see me again and made me feel very welcome. I will be staying at this property again in the future.

Only had one issue I was given a room at the front which if you're a person who stays out late is fine. Sadly I am not and the street noise was not acceptable to me. I asked to change to a room at the back which I got straight away.

The location is perfect, close to the Beach and Beach Road and the Central store, but also many small restaurants in the opposite direction. Staff were brilliant - very friendly and helpful. Amazingly quiet given the location, so much at the centre of what is happening. Nice refurbishment, especially bathroom/toilet.

Quite a large room that would have taken say a small chest of drawers as extra storage rather than using the floor. Hot water, lack of that being typical at this this level in Thailand, but still irritating.

Good value for money. Room is not massive but I didnt pay for a luxury suite😊. Very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The room was very light - good sized windows. Light switches were conveniently located, simple and logical - didn't need 10 minutes to work out which switch for which light. Balcony was an unexpected bonus. Pharmacy and laundry either side of the hotel entrance - I needed both. Hairdresser opposite. 30 second walk to nightlife.

I can't not mention the lack of a lift. A lift would give this property 5/5. The shower was OK and worked well, but not very powerful. First World problem as I used it every day.

A great price in a central location, staff were helpful & friendly. they offered ear plugs for noise but we can’t say we needed them! You can pay for a coffee -20 Baht plus beer extremely good prices!

didn’t offer breakfast however we knew that before we went & place opposite and down the road offers it. nothing else to add.

The lady at the front desk is amazing. She ran around trying to help me get a taxi so I could make my flight. This was above and beyond amazing. She is the only reason I was able to actually make my flight! The place is clean and quiet. The bed was more comfortable than the typical bed in pattaya. The wifi is reliable and stable. Very convenient except for a taxi. I will definitely return because of this lady. Thank you sooooooo much!

The staff were so friendly allowing us an early check in and they allowed us to leave our bags after checking out for several hours free of charge.the location was perfect being only a small drive from pattaya north and south , right in the centre where the nightlife is booming and everything you need on your doorstep. We also loved having a balcony.

The fridge had a funny smell and some of the door frames were low for a tall person.
