Great location so easy to hop on a bhat bus on the main road. On foot five minutes from beach, five minutes to LK Metro Good price for sure. Excellent price for the six days. Helpful polite staff Room good, huge fridge huge for me anyway and air conditioning available There's a taxi stall just on the corner for airport taxi booking Tasty coffee and hot water available in reception Someone always on reception to take care of your key if you desire or to give you your key. When the neighbours were shouting on the phone and I told reception, the young man immediately went and asked them to make less noise. Quiet little street which is quite unusual to find in the city. You can find noisy lively ambience at a stones throw but the guest house is quiet. All in all I would say for me as a single guy not very demanding it is a very professional little guest house which provides everything I could need for a few days stay

Excellent location. Walking distance to beach, LK Metro, Central festival, Shopping. Can take baht bus easily to anywhere else. Walking Street nearby too. The staff is amazing. The cleanliness is superb - the best I have seen so far. They clean rooms and change towels, sheets, etc. daily. Nice size TV with good selection of English channels. Good, firm mattress - was great for me as I have some lower back issues. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Pattaya.

Nothing really. The rooms are a bit dated but it didn't bother me. In a way, it sort of adds to the character of this guest house, so can be a positive in a sense.

Great place to stay location wise, bed was a little hard so I asked for topper and they did it right away. Staff super helpful and kind and rooms cleaned daily good air conditioning system and laundry service next door

Super friendly and helpful personnel as before. Toiletries and water are provided every day (not all accommodations care about this) Special thanks to cleaning lady. Every time made my room as clean and fresh, as the day I checked in. Appreciate the hospitality.

well-located property in Pattaya, with everything nearby and at walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean, with big washrooms. The staff is polite and helpful, providing good room service. Everything was good and every staffs were excellent and kind and helpful. Only the room was a little different and smaller than what I had booked, and of course I didn't care that much

Everything was good and maybe perfect except some passengers from maybe Germany who were very loaded noisy. They occupied the public balcony at any hour of the day and night and moved all the tables and chairs towards their room with a loud and annoying noise. They did not respect others at all

CLEAN,SAFE,AND STAFF FRIENDLY. VERY HELPFUL STAFF! VERY CLEAN. NEAR THE BEACH,A LOT OF SHOPPING CAN BE DONE IN THE AREA. THE ROOM IS CLEANED IN A SHORT TIME IN THE MORNING. TOWELS AND SHEETS REPLACE VERY DAY EARLY. I’VE STAY AT THIS GUEST HOUSE MANY TIMES BECAUSE IT’S CLEAN,AND IN A GOOD AREA. ,VERY THING I NEED WITHIN WALKING DISTANCES.

I have stayed at Siam guest house at least yearly for over a17 year period. I have seen the standard of the physical property rise thanks to renovations and upgrades during that time. The staff are always friendly and happy to help to give advice on places to visit or eat. It's all good if you want to relax in a cul-de-sac that is in a handy location.

Staff was very helpful and room was very comfortable. Quite a few English speaking channels on the TV. More than I ususally see. Location was great. Near the beach and major attractions. Easy to get around town.

Can hear everything in hallway and lobby from my room on first floor. Man in room snoring all night and it was so loud (not hotels fault-but can hear lots from other rooms)
