Breakfast was excellent as always! Nice quiet location with pool outside our Villa!

Pool wasn’t vacuumed at all while we were there. Lots of dirt on the bottom of the pool. A fellow came and skimmed leaves off the pool and from in it but no one vacuumed it.

Family friendly and very helpful staff. Good beach area and numerous pools to choose from.

The main pool area had constant extra loud booming music from 1200 until 2200 here’s Friday to Monday. However, we stayed in a villa that was located away from the main hotel. when busy difficult getting a bed to lay on as most had ‘reserved’ towels on them. Eventually we removed some towels and used the beds. 3 hours later a person remonstrated loudly with us for pinching his beds. Fortunately we could not understand him as he was Russian.

I'm impressed with how well they maintain the resort given the space. The is resort located on private beach so you can enjoy the beach anytime. There are 4 pools and lots of gardens which give you relax atmosphere. There is Alexa beach club near by and hotel guest gets 10% off food. Otherwise, there is lots of restaurants along the beach (but no discount). We paid the same amount we would have to pay to stay in building hotels in Pattaya far away from the beach. We are happy with our stay.

Some furniture in the rooms are scratch but overall its clean.

Room is spacious, a bit old but value for money. As long as it's clean, it's fine. Many pools option, not crowded Beach is great place for kids. The water level is shallow enough and more space to play

Hard to control shower temp. Quite a distance from room to the beach but still walkable Not many staff, at first I couldn't find where to check in The best view pool at Beachfront was full of smoker, not designed for kid

We had a pool villa and it was fabulous, huge room cleaned everyday

There was no bar or restaurant at the hotel apart from the beach club that closed at 8pm during the week and the food there was average

We paid for an upgrade for ocean view and we glad we did. Because there are construction at trio bed room. Decent hotel, clean, although not fancy anymore as it aged. Beach front was nice, with this price its good value for money Breakfast is decent, good quality, variety. Fresh salad, boiled rice is good and yummy with a lot or meat. Fresh hot soymilk sooo delicious!

No beach vibes, just a laid back hotel. Three swimming pool but no vibes.

I booked in the most expensive option (villa type), however it was very far from the swimming pool and restaurant, so I downgraded the option after arrival, no refund was given. Not much option in the restaurant during the buffet breakfast. I had an issue with the AC and wifi, but the incharge staff were professional in dealing with it, they changed my room on the spot.

Swimming pool attractive with very comfy seating all round Disco type music most of time did not suit some customers from reports we read before booking but we enjoyed the lively holiday atmosphere it gave . Breakfast facility attached to pool area a very attractive location and breakfast was good also Lots of other resturant choices if going left along large beach expanse with smaller cheaper options if going right

We were in the wing with beach view and access, which was great. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was perhaps a bit limited due to Covid, but it was still good. Staff helped us get a late check-out.

The main negative thing was the beach club (owned by the hotel) which played very loud dance music during the day on the weekends. Totally ruined the restful ocean ambience. Thankfully, it stopped at 8 pm, and it also didn't seem to be an issue on the weekdays. Beach lounge chairs and umbrellas were also broken and neglected.

Very good for kids for 3 swimming pools, and play grounds. facing beach. Walkable to some restaurants on the beach. 10mins drive by Grab for Jomtien main beach.

a bit worn out. could have been more staffs at breakfast place and pool area to serve guests. Water pressure at room could have been better.
