I rate it like this: Comfort - bed, balcony with bathtub - excellent Cleanliness - cleaning every day Breakfast - not bad but... Wifi - good throughout the hotel Pool - fantastic view, towels always ready, sun from 10.00 - 17.00

The room - is small without a closet and storage spaces, illogical. Breakfast is served on the 1st and 8th floors according to the room rate. As someone already wrote here, it's illogical, but the higher price with the deluxe room has breakfast on the 8th floor and has less variety of food than the normal room on the 1st floor, which makes no sense. Yes, I certainly wasn't hungry, but every time I went to the sea in the morning I was salivating around the food on the 1st floor. Location - bad, about 600 m to the main road. It's about 8 km to Pattaya, traffic is bad, taxis are overpriced, you can't get back from Pattaya.

The hotel in general. In a very quiet location, pretty, minimalist architecture. Nice rooftop pool, albeit a little small. Comfortable rooms, very nice bathrooms. Quality build. In general a nice hotel for a getaway. Excellent breakfast!

Beach is horrible (very dirty water, jagged stones, they cut your feet), so if you choose this hotel for beach access, skip it. Skip Pattaya in general if you want the beach. Room cleanliness - several times we had to ask for our room to be made up, one day they missed the clean up altogether (for a 5 star hotel, quite unacceptable) Hotel cafe where they sell baked goods accepts only cash. Absolutely nonsensical.

The location was very convenience to travel from Bangkok. The hotel size not too big and crowded

I had booked the hotel in advance but the room was given the price which should be in a zone that is not crowded or noisy, so the last stay had to request a room transfer due to the room in front of the elevator. This is the second time staying here and will use this hotel forever because it's convenient, but I have to specify the next trip to the room that I have been asked to be quieter. 2. About the bed, the mattress, because when sleeping on the bed when moving, there will be noise all the time, so I would like to suggest that the hotel help improve this because I believe that most customers would like to relax with the comfortable bed and no sound when moving.

barely any decent restaurants around or places to walk, beach is not very pleasant Had to use taxi (around 150bht) to get anywhere to eat or walk

Everything was clean and they do their best to check-in us earlier than the time for the check-in. They were more than willing to make our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. The hotel staff was very helpful and very nice.

Hmm.. Well I thought that al least one room will have a bathtub in the room. We've asked and they told us that if we want a spa bathtub with the see view we have to pay extra, around 1300 euros. So it didn't worth it to pay so much. And they don't have a room with bathtub in the room, not on the balcony with the see view.

Roof pools,seating were amazing,happy hours great value,beach access easy,clean rooms average size.Close to great restaurants & cafe other than hotel.Street food,many other small shops,massage's & offer you drop off-pick up in large golf carts in reasonable distance.Helpful friendly staff & service!Most comfortable beds ive ever had in Thailand with an underlay!🙏💤

Room Veiws are average unless you have the premo ocean veiw rooms with bath on balcony ours was ok on North side with small balcony but main veiw was carpark & neighbouring apartments but otherside was a close unfinished or reno hotel with no veiw!Bar fridge size was a joke size of a rubix cube & when staying for more than a night or two it was annoying as we like to have very cold drinks & snacks etc!So was constantly ordering ice buckets!

My stay at Bayphere Hotel was fantastic. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room was immaculate and comfortable. The amenities, especially the restaurant and spa, were top-notch. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable experience!

My stay at Bayphere was fantastic, though the breakfast variety could be improved a bit. Also, the Wi-Fi was occasionally slow, and the room could have used a bit more natural light.

Breakfast, breakfast, breakfast!!! selection was excellent, Asian or European and for the better appointed room choices, your breakfast is served in the top floor restaurant. You can choose any and as many dishes from the menu that you desire. You are waited on, hand and foot, by the waitress with a glass or two of Prosecco if wanted, a lovely treat on my wifes birthday! The view from our room, and a bath on the balcony, was heaven! Yes, the hotel is sited many miles south of Jomtien, but that is its attraction. Jomtien and Pattaya are crowded, dirty and past it. This is an up an coming part of the coast, with authentic beach bars and restaurants, windsurfers, kite surfers and catamarans to rent. We loved our time here.

The room layout was "interesting" . Trapped fingers in badly thought out shower doors, shower and toilet in different cubicles in a small room was not a good idea. Toilet door opening direct into kitchen area??

Breakfast was very good. Location was a bit isolated but was still good.

Amazing food at all the restaurants. Service was excellent! Very friendly and amenable staff. Having direct access to the beach and beach loungers was amazing.

Not much space by the swimming pool itself so we weren't able to use it. Some of the features in the room were a bit dated, there were door handles missing on the toilet and shower doors. Lifts very slow. Great location to be on the beach but not near the centre of town.
