The room was spacious, bright and clean. The bed was excellent both for sleeping and for having good time with a girlfriend. Bath was good too, no issues in 2 weeks. The room had a balcony which was handy for a late meal and drinking in the late evening. And the balcony had a towel which allowed me to dry my towels really fast in the day. In addition, I want to say that I very liked the neighborhood: - There is a small food market close to the hotel, I bought street food there many times, very yummy 😉 - There is a very affordable café nearby, very good quality, prices are 50 - 70 baht per meal 👍 - 15 minutes walk from the Walking Street or the Second Road where I could use the 10 baht bus The hotel is guest friendly, I could invite a guest to my room and no unnecessary questions were asked.

Unfortunately, the room had no strongbox to keep my cash and valuables safe. And I would really want to had a microwave in the room too. Though they had a microwave next to the elevator on the ground floor I have to add. Guys, if you added these two things (a strongbox and a microwave) to the rooms you would be absolutely awesome!

The hotel reception was very kind and the check-in was fast. The room was spacious and bright. The wifi was fast and stable.

The road noise carried into the room through the balcony doors. You got used to it after a while but the odd speeding motor bike late at night could be disturbing. On the other side were night football matches on the pitch that I assumed also disturbed the other rooms, but they finished before late evening. Upon check-in to my room, the floor was very dusty (but only on first check-in) after that day it was swept and mopped daily while I was staying in the room. The location is not right on the beach, but I view this positively. It nearly splits the difference between the two beaches and a motorbike rental next door makes it easy to access anywhere you wish.

The room service was great. My room including the bathroom was always clean and tidy. Enough closets and cabinets. A fridge was in a good working condition. The air conditioner was good and new and not too noisy. I especially liked the hybrid electric outlets (they accommodate both US and European standard plugs). I really appreciated that because I had US chargers for my laptop and my smartphone and could use their outlets without EU-to-US adapters. Furthermore, I had a nice balcony with a water tap and a sink. I enjoyed my take out meals on the balcony in the mornings and late in the evenings.

I would really enjoy a microwave in the room. Though I could heat my meals in the microwave on the ground floor, having it in my room would be a very nice upgrade. Besides, linens sometimes were frayed and torn a little. Not critical though, just little holes at the edges, it did not degrade my sleep quality.

The room was spacious, it had a balcony (with a sink outside), it was cleaned on daily basis, it was simple yet great. The bed was huge and super comfy. The desk area was a plus, as we had to work on some days. There is a pool on the roof which we enjoyed gladly. Fast Wifi.

The one thing that could be improved is low water pressure. Also, some neighbors were super loud and were speaking and laughing hardly on the corridor at midnight. This, of course, is not the hotel's fault, just the walls are thin.

The location is good, easy to get to walking street but away from all the noise, a good food market close by. The staff a friendly and helpful and the rooms are super clean

There is a football field at the back of the hotel and sometimes they do overnight games so you get woken up constantly by the whistle and yelling

Asked us to checkin late by 1 hour by waiting at reception because previous day guest didn't checkout at the right time

Staff were very friendly and helpful and were ready to assist the minute you walked in. The room was very big with a massive bed to match and free water bottles. The location is great and very close to the beach.

I don't mind a firm mattress but I can see how some people wouldn't like how firm this mattress was.
