The hotel was really clean, staff were polite and helpful. good english skills. the swimming pool, roof bar and gym were outstanding. pool water was one of the cleanest that I have seen up to now. 4 lift available and good security. there is a safety box that can fit laptop and etc. They were really accommodative with every request.

The location for me was fine but if you want to go to walking street it is not close. 15-20 minutes walk and 200 baht toktok for 2 person. room service carried out between 2 pm to 6 pm which is a bit late for me. I had to call once at 5 pm to ask them to come and clean. However it only happened once.

Very good location to me, close to everything. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I came with Test & Go program, so they were so nice and ordered some food for me, because I can’t leave room before I got test result. Room has comfy bed, bathroom is very huge. They change towels everyday, bedsheets if I asked (these was a card you could leave on bed if you want to change bedsheets).

Room type Deluxe Corner Premier located in front of building, that located right on the Third street, it’s very loud in the evening. This room is more expensive than Deluxe premier so I was sure it has better location in building, but I was wrong. Air-condition has not remote control, you need to get up and go to the door to turn on/off. There is balcony but no chairs/table in it. Gym is small and has not so much equipment. But after all it’s best hotel I stayed in Thailand for now.

Amazing staff throughout all departments of hotel. Everybody there was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Especially when travelling with smaller children, this is a very helpful and appreciated fact, when the staff loves to take care all your challenges and is just super attentive. Big thumbs up for all the staff at this hotel. They really give you the feeling, that they love to serve the customers from their heart and not only, because they do a job... Another great point: great facilities: nice gym, cool pool and lots of parking space.

Only little points to mention in this section: the "balcony" was a little disappointing. Just enough space for one chair, if you can arrange sitting directly under the aircon compressor machine...would have loved a little bigger balcony to sit for 2 people. But this is structural and cant be changed, same as the location, which could be a very little bit more convenient. On the other hand this location guaranteed calmness at night, not too much "city noise"

Small hotel about 10 mins from the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was very busy for taxis and grab due to Songkran (Thai New Year) and Rolling Loud Music Festival but the staff were great in helping us find a way around town. We were here for the Rolling Loud Music Festival so we were out most of the afternoon. Housekeeping seemed to come to service the room a bit later in the day which worked out for us but if you plan on staying in the room most of the time, I’d recommend to keep this in mind or communicate with the reception what your preference is as I’ve noticed other guests mentioned this in their reviews also. Situated on a main road, 7/11 just down the road (approx 5 mins walk) and a local street food market next door which were tasty and affordable. The vendors were also very friendly, helpful and in great spirits as we speak limited Thai and them, limited English. If you prefer to stay in, they also offer room service or dine in at their in house restaurant on the 2nd floor. Overall if I had to return to Pattaya, I’d definitely stay here again. Really good value for money.

Nothing negative to say as such - just some things I want to point out: I would recommend is for the hotel to have a room service menu available in the room and at reception for guests as it’ll be convenient to not have to leave the room at all. This was not a deal breaker for me though - I just went up to the restaurant to take some pics of the menu for later reference. Only 1 key card provided (we were 3 guests) and upon enquiry, no additional key cards could be provided. Again, not a deal breaker as we made it work just fine but would be convenient to have at least 2 keys.

This is one of my favourites hotel in Thailand but in Pattaya no.1, staff friendly, rooms very clean, swimming pool on top nice and big. Room service always on time, rooms are very good and guests very friendly without charge

To be fair, everything was ok

Outstanding location and facilities. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety of dishes and fruits. The roof top pool was amazing with clear sweet water and my children had a very good time. Great beds and bathroom with modern facilities and all sparkling clean. The staff was very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

Could not find any draw backs or something we do not like, Great hotel.

The staff are fantastic. I was helped with a visa extension by one of the ladies on reception who went above and beyond to make sure I got it all sorted. I’ve stayed on a few occasions now and having lovely staff makes my vacation that extra bit special and makes me want to return. Thank you!

The only negative I can say is that the weather wasn’t great but obviously to be expected with the dates of my visit.

wifi worked excellent breakfast is wonderful swimming pool is awesome the view from the top of the roof gym is small but at least we had it

- many Indians that behaved not really good (they screamed and ran and jumped around the pool) -stuff is not always hospitable and welcoming

the friendliest and helpful staff you can encounter at Glow hotel Pattaya. Jureerat T. was one of the staff members that stood out amongst many others that deserved to be named. housekeeping always made sure I had plenty of water and insisted if I needed anything all I had to do was ask. Glow hotel Pattaya employee Jureerat T. was exceptional and assisted me on a number of occasions always with a friendly smile she was always eager to support me and insisted that if I had any concerns all I had to do was inquire.

Well maybe a better sound proof of the room to attenuate the sound from the balcony. Sometimes there were some motorcicles with loud exhaust passing and I was avle to hear them well as my balcony was facing the road.Though maybe just a small recommandation and maybe a quick fixing can be done. I slept well anyway.
