Feels like a small resort. Pool was lovely. Staff very nice and helpful. The coffee shop La Baguette beside it was great for coffee and lunch. Their cakes were so good. Walking distance to Terminal 21. The restaurant La Ferme beside it was excellent. On Friday and Saturday nights they have a small Tiffany Show which was excellent

Nothing really. it was shame that their restaurant on site wasn’t busy as it was really nice but we were the only 2 people to dine all night

The locks on the bedroom door after being checked.Did not open the door for over more than over a dozen time l brought a staff each time cards where changed on occasions still did not work.Room 937.

The rooms are large, with a nice shower, nice balcony, comfortable beds (although the pillows weren't great) and lots of space. The swimming pool is great and there are several nice areas to relax. The staff are generally friendly and helpful.

When we checked in, it took a while for the staff to sort out our booking as we had made it under two different bookings. This resulted in them making a mistake and us being slightly undercharged. Not a major issue but it should have been done properly on check in. Also, the breakfast wasn't made easy for us to pay for and get.

Love the location and ambience of the resort, this was our 5th time staying here. The pools are great to chill at, the rooms are comfy and the breakfast is yummy.

the overall cleanliness standard of the resort has fallen a bit.

No lift and we stay on 3rd level.A bit too hard for mum even I requested it but fully booked

Very awesome! Thanks to amazing personal. Special thanks to Chai, who help me with everything what i asked, and sometimes even predicted my needs, and thanks to Boom for her friendly sunny smile. And also the lady with whom i had chats at breakfast. And thanks for the young girl who cleaned my room every day. She is beautiful and she made my day everytime i saw her. I Hope sometimes I come back here again.

spacious bathroom & room, very clean, 4 free bottle water @ day, 3 excellent pools, nice balcony so big u can sit & enjoy with the coffee table there, also drying rack in balcony, clean beach towels everyday, perfect location, so quiet & just opposite yo T21, 10 baht van available in main road leading to all popular places. the security guard will salute whenever we come back the hotel. Love all these.

Day & night shift receptionists all long faces for 6 days and not very helpful but 2 bell boys are very pleasant & friendly.

Everything was great, the bakery right next to the hotel lobby is absolutely exceptional, the staff were amazing, especially the cleaning ladies. Amazing location, just a 2 minute walk from Terminal 21.

The pool was always dirty with leaves just floating around, would be nice if they made a point of cleaning it twice a day, in the morning and in the afternoon. Plus keep in mind that water in the pool was always more on the cold side if it’s something that’s important to you.

Actualy everything. The rooms are comfortabele and clean. The staff is very friendly and delivering friendly and great service. Housekeeping very friendly and Quick when there are any questions. Great to come here for so many years. Mr Jee always great to see him again. Feels like coming home to family. Looping forward to next visit.

Nothing we did not like

This property has become our experience savers in Pattaya. We hated the city itself, but this resort was a very nice getaway from the craze. Rooms are clean and spacious. You feel like you are in the jungle in the middle of the city and living in comfort too. There is one big and one medium pools and they are very well maintained.
