The location is near many tourist places.
The room is a bit smaller than expected. The ventilation in the room was not good. Not sure why some guests opened their rooms' doors and turned on loud music.

the property is located at a 5 mins walk from walking street and 10 mins walk from beach road. lots of eateries around and cabs available all day long. very clean and well kept hotel. our room was comfortable and good. decent breakfast every morning too. the pool was lovely and clean. they even have a massage place inside and a weed shop. the staff was helpful and booked us our van for sight seeing and Bangkok at a reasonable price.
