Very comfortable. Nice staff lovely breakfast..very quiet hotel. Will stay again.

The coffee machine in the room takes caps.but the is no sign or notice to tell you you must pay 40 batt a coffee cap. You find out on checkout. The is normal coffee as well which is free but it would be nice to know.

First time at this hotel since it changed hands from Centara. Wow was i not disappointed. The lobby takes your breath away and gives a fantastic 1st impression. Staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Roof top pool is great with a view over the sea towards Koh Larne. Location is fantastic, away from the madhouse of Pattaya but 10 mins away on a motorbike taxi. Soi 5 around the corner has been transformed and has become the place to go in Pratumnak for dinner and drinks. The beach is a 1minute walk away. Overall, a wonderful experience that i would highly recommend.

Never like to mention negatives when submitting a positive review but my balcony looked on to the other part of the hotel/apartments looking into other people's rooms.

The interieur was beautiful and the rooms were really big. The staff was always friendly. The pool on the rooftop had a good view and was refreshing while not beeing to cold at the same time. All in all an good hotel.

The electricity in our room had a malfunction in the night (~11 p.m.) and therefore no A/C. We needed to switch rooms (while beeing quite tired) and in the new room the light in the bathroom (which had just a glaswall next to the bed) didn't turn off, so we had to sleep with the lights on untill they get fixed the next day. The staff was trying to help as good as the could and gave us free breakfast as compensation (after we mentioned that we would expected a compensation for the inconvinience with everything that night happend).

Amazing hotel. Very pretty. 2 minutes from the quiet beach of pattaya but a 15 minute drive from the loud area of pattaya/ walking Street area. Has a street 5 minutes away with some bars on but otherwise quiet area. Staff super friendly and helpful. Very nice. Spoke English too. I liked the rooftop pool.

For about 15 minutes on my 1st day the water came out completely brown. I wouldn't trust the water there. Some lightings didn't work, for example the one around the mirror. But it didn't impact my enjoyment of my stay.

Excellent location in Jomtien; close to beach and restaurants; great friendly staff; very nice room. Good breakfast (just coffee was bad) I would stay here again

The room was spacious and clean. The view from the rooftop pool - and the pool itself - was great!

😢 They 4 or 5 small sharks in a tiny aquarium in the restaurant. If we had known this, we would not have stayed here.

Hotel staff where amazing and happy to help you with anything that you needed. Location right on the beach plenty of nice bars cafes restaurants nearby

Couple of minor issues with room and I was charged for a broken glass even though I had no air con for 2 days and also no maid/room clean for 2 days

A bit old for some furniture, The bathroom is still not cleaned well. and there is little underground parking.

Staff, location. facility. everything really. A really great place to relax and unwind.

Friendly and complaisant staff, location - close to restaurants, some bars, grocery shopping, beach. Recommended for all kind of travellers

I like to have a bigger table due to some work with laptop/screen, English skills of staff might be improved
