One of the quietest Soi that is relatively close to the nightlife. A well run hotel. Everything runs like it should do, everything works like it should do. No drama about bringing guests back. You were given two cards to the room, so I could leave one in the slot to keep the air con running and the room cool for when return to the room.

Wifi would occasionally drop in the room and was non-existent on the balcony to the room. Very poor on the roof-top pool.

Breakfast was spread over a 3 hour period and was excellent. Staff in all areas of the hotel were helpful, polite and professional. The pool area is in need of some maintenance and it was disappointing that following covid the restaurant was only open for breakfast meal although there was an adequate snack / room service menu. Similarly the bar was only open for a short period daily. Staff numbers are down but these small points in no way affected my stay at this fine hotel.

Maintenance of the pool & gym area, (and equipment), requires some attention going forward. Other than these small points hard to find fault with any of the services provided.

The rooms were ready when we arrived, check-in was very quick & Luggage assistance was provided. Pool looked nice however didn’t get time to use it. The area is very lively with tourists & locals in the beach & the markets. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy just the standard english breakfast menu. The location was nice, close to the beach & night markets, you can get pretty much anything in walking distance.

The lighting in the room was too dull. If you open the balcony there was foul smell coming from the pool in a nearby abandoned building.

Considering how close it is to all the action I didn’t hear a thing. Great pool on the top floor with a small bar area and the gym a level below. Big rooms and friendly staff. My AC broke and they sent maintenance up within 5 minutes to repair it. I booked really late the night before and asked for a top floor room which was allocated without any fuss. This is my 4th stay at the Stay and will definitely come back. Also the little travel agent opposite next to the massage shop is really good and reliable.

The breakfast is weird - all western food items where cold (even eggs, sausage, Bacon, etc...). after a while I learned I can order warm egg from the kitchen. The room price is too high compare to Soi 10 appearance and a very close hotel - Page10. Their rooms looks much more stylish compare to "The Stay".

Nice, guest friendly hotel in great location. The room was clean and fairly quiet, the bed was large with clean bed sheets.bathroom was clean too. good breakfast, there is a gym and pool as well. 24/7 reception..

View from the balcony is just another building.

Very close to the beach, Walking Street and Central. Large room with balcony, nice large bathroom. Pool on the roof had great views of the beach, lots of chairs and towels. Gym was also well equipped. Breakfast had various options and all were delicious.

The AC in the rooms (booked 2 rooms) was not sufficient and room was humid including bedding.

Everything was perfect. The staff is really Nice. Always smiling and helpful. The location is perfect. Quiet Area but in walking distance to shopping, partylife and beach. The breakfast was all What i could asked for. I had originally only booked one week, but decided to stay one more week. I will for sure come back to this hotel next time i visit Pattaya. The rooftop pool is also very Nice.

given our first trip since covid 19 lock down there were many uncertainty with our travel. a big thank you to the team at the Stay for managing and going out of their way to accommodation us. i must make mention that the hotel had just reopened and given limited staff i was very impressed how it was managed.
