We had an absolutely delightful experience during our recent stay at U Jomtien. The breakfast surpassed all our expectations, offering a delightful array of delicious options that catered to every palate. Opting for two rooms turned out to be a brilliant decision. Both rooms were not only spacious and impeccably clean but also showcased modern designs that added a touch of elegance to our entire stay. Notably, the soundproof walls in all the rooms provided a peaceful retreat, allowing us to enjoy a restful night's sleep despite the hotel's proximity to traffic. A standout feature of our stay was undoubtedly the skypool on the rooftop, providing a breathtaking view and a serene atmosphere that added an extra layer of enjoyment to our overall experience. Our heartfelt gratitude extends to Chat, an exceptional attendant who significantly enhanced our stay. His assistance with taxi services and guidance to nearby attractions was invaluable. Chat's dedication and professionalism truly set him apart, making him a valuable asset to the hotel. Pros- 1.The View- breathtaking view from our room...Sunset, Jomtien beach, the ocean... gorgeous 😍 2. Breakfast spread - Huge breakfast spread. Both continental and Thai options are lip smacking. I loved their noodle station where you can help yourself with noddles and toppings of your choice. And their Pandan custard is to die for. 3. Reception staff- very well trained, enthusiastic,always smiling,very helpful. 4.Infinity pool - great view again. You can click beautiful pics.

Cons- 1. Room size is a bit small. Not enough space for storage. 2.Open bathroom and toilet -it gets difficult if you have small kids. I had to send them away every time I took a bath.

First time in Jomtien Beach Pattaya very warm and informative greeting at check in from Yoon and May. I had a few minor issues which they rectified quickly. At the Salt restaurant I was always given a warm welcome from Ween who always seemed to go out of her way to ensure I was fully catered for. The hotel is literally on the beach front, just cross the road and you are there, I did not opt for a sea view room but I got a partial view. The room size is reasonable with a small balcony, the shower is different as it is behind the bed and open view, maybe not for the most prudent but that’s not me. A nice size comfortable bed with a large screen tv which had lots of channels to suit all worldwide guests. The roof top pool was very refreshing and never overcrowded with a bar to quench one’s thirst in the heat. Breakfast has a good selection, world buffet style, the restaurant has a good menu with plenty to choose from. I was never left disappointed but fulfilled.

I am always curious why hotels only stock small beers and charge in my opinion extortionate price even when they say it’s happy hour when a bar not far away will sell twice as much for half the price. My only major gripe was the fridge which in my opinion needs to be upgraded as it was not very cold.

The counter is 24 hour. So you could even call at midnight if you have problems. The breakfast and lunch is satisfying! A lot of choices and delicious! They also gave us a mini cake for our member whose birthday was on that day.

We reserved 8 rooms, but at the beginning, the counter only gave us 7 rooms. We checked in late, and it took a bit of time to communicate total rooms and room types. I think the counter didn’t gave us exactly the same room type as we reserved online. Also, the pictures of the room types on the site are misleading..by which, I mean it’s totally different from what I thought.

We've stayed for the 3rd time. Previous stays we received any complimentary drink from the minibar per person, however it came with a surprise this time we received only one complimentary juice per room. It's fine since we traveled as a couple, however if you travel as friends, it might be inconvenient to share one drink. On arrival, the staff was very attentive and supportive with carrying the luggage. However, upon check-out, no one was offering help with luggage. These are minor inconveniences which we noticed during this stay. It would be nicer if the things were as during our previous stays.

The front desk staff were outstanding. Welcoming and informative. Not just willing to help with advice but eager to give it. SALT restaurant a bonus; stylish ambience, interesting menu and good service. Breakfast there was outstanding, attracting patronage from the local community, in particular uniformed personnel. Location (at the 'quiet'' end of Jomtien beach) was ideal for us. View from the water-facing room was wonderful. Low rise hotel amidst giant properties gave a small-hotel charm.

the best hotel in jomtien. very clean and tidy, nice rooms and beautiful view, good bed and bathroom, very delicious breakfast with high quality, professional, friendly and nice staff who all speak good English, good location with good transport options, if you can't stand noise then I would recommend this nice hotel to you, a very safe and secure hotel. a nice swimming pool and a nice little gym with a nice view. everything perfect in my opinion👌🙏😊😍🌞🌴🍒🥂

The buffet breakfast was amazing! The staff were very friendly and always clearing empty plates promptly. Reception were lovely and helpful. There was a happy hour on the roof top bar with a view of the ocean. The room was very clean and exceeded our expectations, cleaning services every day. All staff were very welcoming. Would stay again in the future and recommend it to others

The only thing that could be better was the gym/fitness centre could use a cable machine instead of so many cardio equipment. The location is a bit too south and out of the way from your pick up points for tours but that didn’t bother us as we caught the utes with the seats in the back to the top of the street for 10 baht per person.

Room was clean, staff exceptional and SALT restaurant serves amazing food. Breakfast had a really good selection of foods and service was quick if anything needed. Rooftop pool and bar is good. They have their own app which you can use to manage your stay.. really good.

What a fantastic hotel. Meet all my expectations, first class service, brilliant room and food served in the restaurant and room service, absolutely first class. The infinity pool and its views was excellent. Certainly will want to come back to this hotel, but also try others within its chain…. Because if they are as good as this one, I’m in for a fantastic time. Thank you 🙏
