Surprisingly, I liked the pool being on the street front so you could watch the world go by. The view from the room. Quiet part of town. Pool area very quiet in the middle of the day. The location made it easy to catch a “baht bus” into town. Couple of local low cost eating places very close.

No chairs on the balcony and not being allowed to have a cigarette. OK to smoke joints wherever you wish around town, but not allowed a cigarette!

This hotel is in a perfect location opposite the beach and close to lots of bars and restaurants. My sea view room was spacious and clean with great extras such as robes, toiletries, fridge and bottled water replenished daily. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Fabulous to eat breakfast overlooking the pool and beach. Special mention must go to Fim, he worked so hard every day and went above and beyond looking after us. Myself and my sister in law had a fabulous stay and would recommend it wholeheartedly. I can’t wait to return.

The hotel vibe was very suitable for beach and it looked really really relaxing and nice

The staff didn't speak English. They basically ignored paying guests. The location was a bit away from shops and the quality of the sea was poor. The pool was small and full of kids. They were doing elevator renovation and were welding. Breakfast was poor. There was a lot of street noise.

This location is excellent, right next to the beach. They offer a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. While the sea view room is fantastic, it could use some maintenance. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful

Since the hotel is located right next to the beach, it's important to be aware that there might be fireworks at night, which can be disruptive if you're looking for a quiet sleep

Floor a bit dusty. We ordered a double bed and got twins.

Nice relaxed atmosphere in the hotel pool area.

Bathrooms are finished to a poor quality. The water pressure for the showers isn't great and the shower gave slightly warm water at best. I would have expected more for my money. The beach across from the hotel is littered with rubbish. There is a lovely balcony but no chair or table for you to use.

The facilities,cleanliness, breakfast, and hospitality were excellent. During breakfast time, the staff were very friendly and readily assisted when needed. Staff were very pleasing and very hospitable. Bed was very comfortable. Will visit again.

Just suggestions to consider 1)a couple of chairs to sit out on the balcony. 2)On either side of the bed, a small table..

Air condition noise from terrace 24/7 like near the engine, no sunbeds in beach

The location is good, the room is nice, the bed is comfy, and the room is really suitable for a family. The breakfast is nice, and the staff is helpful and friendly.

The bathtub and shower were a mess. Water spilled all over the place when you showered; there should be a shower glass to cover it.
