Really nice boutique hotel with beautiful rooms and marvelous sight from the rooms & restaurant. The restaurant is one of the best restaurants we’ve eaten at in Thailand and the staff is very friendly en helpful all the time. When you stay at the hotel, you always get the best place on the terrace with a riverside table. A must visit place. The restaurant is a hotspot, so there is always a nice ambiance when you eat there.

Because the building is very unique, there are a lot of people who come there to do photoshoots. They surpass often the “residents only” boards, so a little less privacy than expected.

Nicely built property, beautiful view over the river. Restaurant was a great surprise - food was really good, lots of local specialities, especially fish. Large, generous breakfast, everything was tasty. The room we stayed in was spacious, with a strong water pressure. We were also able to check in early for no extra charge.

The sound isolation could be a bit better, we could hear the loud boats during the night. The mattress was quite hard, which is a very personal thing, so it's not really a criticism. For my husband's back it was actually good.

Architect designed rooms with a great atmosphere. Amazing breakfast and thoughtful staff (accommodating vegetarians). All the rooms are overlooking the river (that isn't always quiet).

Rooms and swimming pool could bet better cleaned up, there was mold on the ceiling of our room. The bed seemed to be in the wrong position, with no bed side table or plugs.

Location is excellent at the jonction of two rivers and historical military site next door. Very nice view and super quiet. Food is wonderful and I am a real gourmet. Breakfast on the terrace is a must, not inside, because it’s too chilly in the morning. Perfect to visit the historic sites either.

Don’t go for swimming pool, it’s rather small, but clean. Setting of the rooms. They are rather large, super clean and well maintained, but it’s more a question of design… everyone has his own taste. Anyway, the stay was easy and comfortable.

Room is comfortable and cosy yet spacious, the scenery from the day bed on the balcony with the breeze is just brilliant, food from the restaurant is as good as you will get and the staff are very polite, quick and attentive.

The only downside we had is that we expected a more quite atmosphere, we understood that it was the holiday season but the ambience was ruined with children playing and screaming in the pool whiich is literally right out the front of the room. Also at dinner a dirty glass was presented but the waiter was apologetic and resolved the issue promptly.

such a beautiful hotel. lots of places to sit and enjoy the view with a coffee in the morning or a cool drink from the bar in the evening. there’s a lovely little pool to call off and relax in the heat of the day. the room is perfect looking over the river and the food is fantastic. all the the staff, from management to the cleaners are always very kind and helpful. this should be on everyone’s “places to stay” list!

there’s nothing not to like

Cozy and staffs are very helpful. Breakfast is enjoyable. Nice view, quite and peaceful.

Seems to not have 24 hours security guard. At least I didn't see one when I came back during the night or leaving early in the morning. I think it is expectable from the room' s rate. Also the shortage of the staff. I was checking out at 7.30 am but it seems like nobody there. The check out can be done from 7am to 12pm. This does not mean I don't recommend this place. It was a very pleasant stay but well you ask for what can be improved.

This small hotel has a fantastic architecture and interior decoration design, an exceptional restaurant and very friendly and super helpful managers and staff. The location with the big terraces overlooking the river is great and very relaxing. Thank you to the reception team for arranging a private boat tour and an excellent tour guide for the beautiful historical places "on the spot " as we had not planned ahead.

loved this room - and the whole hotel - with its modern boutique feel but architecturally drawing on ancient techniques. absolutely beautiful. Fascinating just sitting watching the river traffic. Gorgeous small swimming pool. incredible service, both in rooms and at restaurant. staff call tuktuks for you, organised a boat trip etc

mosquitoes at dusk ... not the hotel's fault, but a pain!

i like the private pool just in front of our room. the room was clean, the breakfast was good and abundance. the architectural design is really nice with amazing details of natural ayutthaya materials. very good for design hotel destination. the staff was really helpful too and accommodating

the price is a bit higher than i expected
