great location close to town only a short walk,nice splash pool and jacuzzi property needs some tlc only to be expected after covid

The rooms are clean with ample space. Unique feature having the bedroom loft. All staff were friendly and helpful.

I love the pool and spacious size of the place. You have total privacy and nobody bothers you. The cleaning staff are wonderful they are always smiling and willing to help you. They are efficient and work hard and fast. There were a couple of times I still thought they were inside but cleaned quickly and left without me noticing. The place not far from the walking street and other tourist areas. There is family mart right down the hill about 100 meters from the villa.

The jacuzzi only has cold water. There is a $300 deposit I was unaware of when checking in. Other than that I had a wonderful trip.

amazing villa in great location for Patong. host very attentive and we felt well looked after.

Location in Patong ideal for exploration as it is within walking distance of the beach and other attractions in the Patong area. Presence of security guard also gives some sense of assurance when living inside or when not at home. Room service is prompt.

Have to climb quite a steep slope to make it to the hotel so can be quite tiring, especially after a long day outside walking to the beach/partying elsewhere. Unpleasant experience with nearby car rentals as well.

Location: a bit off the busy touristic streets but still in walking distance of everything. Food market only 10 minutes by foot. Supermarket and laundry right around the corner. Villa: spacious little two levels villa. Two air-conditioning units made it extremely pleasant even on the hot days. Pool two steps from the door, really was a luxurious feeling. Staff: very friendly and helpful. The receptionist was always reachable by What's up and really helped us with planning our vacation on Phuket with information and Tipps.

Bed mattress was a bit too hard.

You need to go upstairs to get to the living room which was in the first floor not ground and rooms are in the second floor which is not suitable for elderly people and some one with knee injury like me

The space! 3 story, plenty of room. The pool was nice, the villa was walking distance to restaurants and shops.

WiFi only works in the lounge/kitchen area. The shower water temp changes.

Very nice place and friendly stuff The location was very nice and u will find everything u need it nearly I will come back again ❤️

Super super clean, I felt like a star inside it

It's a little bit far from patong by walking but by taxi (tuc tuc) it goes very fast
