The staff were wonderful - they were kind, happy and helpful at all times. There was nothing that was too much trouble for them. On our last day, our ride to the airport didn't show up, and one lovely lady saw our distress and even started phoning her friends to see if anyone was free to drive us to the airport. The facilities are a little dated and you can see that the place could do with some repairs, but everything works and is very clean. Good WiFi, air-conditioning etc and the room was huge with a balcony and separate sitting area. I was concerned before I arrived because I read some of the other reviews here, but I don't agree with any of the negative comments from other people. There was no mould in the room. The check-in staff are perfectly clear about procedures to do with housekeeping etc which I found easy to understand.

The resort is in a very convenient location - lots of good, cheap places to eat and you can easily walk to the beach. However, it is at the top of a very steep hill. I had to have a rest stop halfway to get up the hill, so it might be a challenge if you're a bit older or have mobility issues. Of course, you can get a taxi up the hill if it's a concern.

I liked everything about this hotel even the hill YES even the Hill and it is close to everything unless you lazy to walk. The 7 eleven is literally down the hill it's close to two beach a market. I honestly had nothing to complain about. I live in a country where you can't walk at night being able to walk up that hill at 2am in the morning was one of the best experience ever. Everything was within walking distance. When I visit Phuket I would definitely come back to this hotel. Thank You I Loved My Stay AT Your Hotel

The only complaint is the heat in the reception area but I can also understand that the area is open.

The room was lovely and clean (massive thank you for decorating the bed on arrival for our anniversary) pool & gym are great. The food in the restaurant gave big portions for decent prices and it was really tasty. Overall great value for money! Location is walking distance to the beach if you do not ride a scooter.

The hill up to the property is very steep, but with a scooter/moped it is not a problem

The staff were super accommodating and friendly to talk to. The rooms were well kept and if we had any problems they were quick to sort them out for us!

We stayed in the off season so it's understandable but a lot of the facilities were closed and while we were able to go to the resort next door for food and drinks I would've liked the kitchen to at least be open, however it wasn't too much of an inconvenience

The staff at the property are so lovely, very accommodating and polite especially FaFa. The opportunity to go to the sister hotel next door so more than one pool/ location to be at. All inclusive alcohol only includes beer/ wine however the staff were accommodating and let us have cocktails. The food was nice overall, lunch and dinner was five star!

Property is at the top of a steep hill so a bike is definitely recommended. The all inclusive option is to go into the sister hotel next door.

I recently stayed at Baan Yuree Resort and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located on a hillside overlooking Patong Bay, offering stunning views of the Andaman Sea. The staff at Baan Yuree Resort were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel has a great range of facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, and a spa that offers a variety of treatments. One of the highlights of my stay at Baan Yuree Resort was the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection of dishes to suit all tastes. The hotel also has a restaurant that serves delicious Thai and international cuisine, as well as a bar that offers a variety of drinks and cocktails. The rooms at Baan Yuree Resort were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the sea or the gardens. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to and from the beach, which was very convenient. Overall, I would highly recommend Baan Yuree Resort to anyone visiting Patong. The hotel offers great value for money, with comfortable rooms, great facilities, and a fantastic location with stunning views. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

We liked the overall ambience of the place. The Staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was lovely.

The location of the Hotel is on hillside and slope was too steep for climbing. Being with family we had some members who couldn't climb and so had to hire a vehicle for dropping back at the hotel.

The hotel is very impressive. The equipment in the room is complete, the room is very spacious, very clean, the private swimming pool is beautiful, wide, can actually swim. The more beautiful the lights at the pool at night, the more beautiful it is to take photos. Lovely staff in every part Especially the receptionist is lovely, everyone is very kind, has a service mind, please appreciate the good breakfast, recommend to stay at a million stars, you won't be disappointed for sure.

Awesome swimming pools (even open at night!), AC was great and not loud at all, it had a nice balcony, staff was really helpful, it was close to everything while still being nicely secluded. Vans to and from the beach (for free), and a great breakfast buffet (paid).

Bathroom was moldy and had an opening in the roof, the balcony and some areas were not super clean (there was a layer of dust on top of the TV, and some tables), and if you are on a low budget and on foot it can be tiring having to walk all the way to the top of the hill.
