Really nice pool area and comfortable clean rooms.

Location isn’t the best but ok if you have hire car or bike.

everything was very nice , the stuff was very polite and understanding, the restaurant just five meters way , the pool was clean and large , lots of domestic animals mostly birds , some very rare ……

too many children in the hotel makes your day little noisy……..family hotel …..

An absolutely stunning hotel, beautiful pool, wonderful room and there are even animals onsite, such as peacocks, swans & chickens. The room was clean upon arrival and staff were friendly. There is also a lake and a green area where the animals can roam and you can take a stroll and take in the sun.

The one thing that I did not like is the room maintenance. Everyday they came and tidied the room, however they do not replace cutlery/cups that you have used. Throughout my 5 day stay, the two teaspoons that they provided had been used by myself yet they did not take them to get cleaned and replace them with new clean teaspoons.

The standout feature of this property was the pool and the landscaping around the rooms. The pool was the biggest we have had in our travels through Thailand and was very clean, the pool was also open quite late so you would enjoy the evening in the pool. There are mutliple birds that wander around the complex that mind thier own business, but are very pretty to watch. The room was a good size and as per the advertisement, the bed is on the firmer side but isnt uncomfortable, it was also very clean.

There was just a couple of bits in the room which could have done with a freshen up, our shower head bracket was falling out of the wall and the paint just needed a redo.

The place was peaceful and away from the busy city. Pool access rooms were nice and kept clean.

We asked the staff for late checkout and was told its fine and was free. Next day morning when we were about to head out, another staff came and asked when we are checking out and we told that we already spoke to the reception yesterday. However the staff said no one informed and asked us for 1 night price for late checkout. We asked them to check and the staff mistaked evening for morning and was not at all helpful and put it as our fault. We asked to speak to manager, but the staff spoke directly and didn't even offer any assistance. We had to stay out the entire day cause of this issue. The hotel was really accommodating last time we booked, which made us book it this time. However we felt the staff attitude was really unfriendly and not at all helpful

The beds were super comfy and the staff were extremely friendly. This design of the hotel was beautiful and there is also a bird sanctuary there so if you love nature then you will love it! There was peacocks roaming around and it was a lovely experience. Room was cleaned daily and fresh water provided each day. A good sized pool and very quiet location.

Unfortunately, there wasn’t much around the hotel, we had to travel atleast 10/15 minutes into Phuket town if we wanted to go for food etc and the food at the hotel wasn’t very good. The hotel room had all the necessities but it did feel quite boxed in at times and it was very dark even with the curtains open. There was only 4 or 5 sun loungers by the pool so it was lucky that the hotel wasn’t busy as it would have been difficult to find an available sun lounger.

Exceptionally serene, lush green resort, laid back and peaceful location in Wichit, Thailand. Service was good, staff was friendly and even arranged for a professional Thai massage at the premise. The restaurant is underrated, food quality and preparation was definitely great. I would highly recommend for travellers searching for an escape far off from the busy and noisy Phuket mainland. It's a green Oasis.

Safety in terms of electronic device usage was main concern at the end of my stay. Since there was a power outage, 1 of my devices burnt out due to issue with the electric supply. Just something the property owner can improve on for a better guest experience.

Beautiful resort with a nice garden full of cute animals like peacocks, rabbits ducks swans cats The pool looks big.and nice too. The rooms are spacious and quiet at night Nearby you can find alot of shops and local.restaurants or cafés, i can recomend going to the "overdose coffee" for a very delicious café and the restaurant at the Hotel offers tasty and authentic thai food

The beds were unfortunately not very comfortable. If they change to more comfortable bed matresses it would be a 10/10

Location, pool, staff, food, rooms and the whole ambience of the resort was perfect. It said two stars in booking.com so wasn't sure what to expect. But this resort beats many 4stars in their service, hospitality and maintenance. Really a hidden gem in Phuket! The Pool is huge and so are the rooms. Peacocks and other birds are freely roaming in the resort giving such a nature feel to the place. Again, Thai hospitality is always great and this place isn't any different. They are extremely helpful and super nice. We did trouble them with few unusual requests and they managed to take care of them without any issues. The restaurant manager is always ready to go out of their way to serve. Overall enjoyed our stay there. Anytime I come to Phuket this will be my first choice!

Nothing really. If you prefer to stay next to beach, this is not the hotel to go for. Except the beach, you got everything you need!

The nature was really fascinating, seen peacocks, rabbits, big herons, chickens, swans and very rare sighting of a comodo dragon on the other side of the lake just at the back of the hotel, but the pool was really nice and the place for food and drink is very cheap, staff really friendly. Good location.

The mattress was really hard, no good for your hip or back but everything else really good
