Absolutely loved this hotel, it was perfect. In a really quiet area which is what we wanted. Staff were super nice and helpful. Restaurant was brilliant, great food and cocktails. Pool and gardens and beach were all lovely. Room was clean and loved the bath on the balcony. Hope to come back next year and would definitely recommend.

Only minor thing would have been slightly more storage space for clothes.

Nice location, good facilities, and value for money. Good place to relax and be away from noisy and crowded places. Options for breakfast buffet was excellent. They do organise taxi for you to go to airport or places around.

Friendly staff were great and the resort was well kept and clean. Great view and only 5 mins by car to local town. Rooms are big and very comfortable.

They didn’t serve coffee or drinks until 10am unless you have full breakfast which is expensive and they could provide more info on the local area as we didn’t know about the town with restaurants and massage until we found it on Google maps

Everything was great! The hotel, the location, the stay, everything! We had come from another hotel where we had quite a bad experience - but the stay at The Mangrove just made everything better. Ending our vacay at this property was amazing. Beautifully maintained grounds and holiday-worthy rooms.

Although our stay on the whole was amazing, a couple of things that could be improved upon was the food, the AC efficiency and the TV to have channels besides the default 12 channels - but I'm nitpicking at this point.

- serenity, away from the chaos of the old town Phuket. - fantastic pool and bay location, with beautiful scenery especially in the evenings. - the house cat, we simply named “RedBull”. cute little creature.

- the hot water could have lived up to its name. but then again, I am splitting hairs here, considering it was 40degC weather outside. - get a sound allowance for taxis in your holiday budget. nothing is close and cheap to reach.

We all loved the facilities this resort offered - a nice community pool, a shady beach zone, free kayaks and sup boards, mangrove forest!, beach bar and music in the evening. Rooms were nice too, they are not super new though, and the pillows were not comfy. Overall, we loved our stay there!

The beach is not good for swimming, it’s full of sharp corals and mangrove roots.

Very comfortable, friendly staff, clean room. We stayed at the garden view suite which was very spacious and nice decorated.

No access to good food or cocktails within the hotel area. Lack of vegan breakfast options.

Very nice resort. The beds were very good and the room was well cleaned. Nice staff with good service. We had lunch at the beach bar and that was also good quality food. Also they have a sub and kayak you can use what was great. Enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful location, perfect for families, beautiful bungalows. We enjoyed that it was the quiet part of Phuket. Very beautiful area to drive around.

We had some issues during our stay that could not be solved by the general staff but was fixed by the manager that made us happy.

Very comfortable. We had a seaview villa with a kitchenette and a bathtub on the balcony. It was very clean and relaxing. The rooms look exactly like the photos! This is our favourite hotel of the trip. Love the restaurant and the kids' playground. The mangroves and beach at night is very beautiful. Yes the location is far away so if you want to part of the action, this is not for you. But if you want relaxing and scenic, this is it. We regret not staying here for more nights!

The front desk could've been more friendly. The rest of the staff were very courteous. It doesn't have a gym, which is too bad.
