Good location. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and the beach strip. Great market right across the road with lots of food vendors to choose from. Also close to many restaurants and other shops. The bathroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff were very good.

The pool, while very nice, didn’t get a lot of sun (we were there the last 2 weeks of March) so the water was cool. The waterfall feature was very noisy but only ran a few times throughout the day. Our room had a very small balcony that only fit 1 chair and you had to turn off the air con if you were outside because the unitwas right above the chair.

Location is excellent. There is a night market just opposite and has a seven 11 next door. Walkable distance to patong beach and walking street. Room was clean. Bed was quite big and comfortable.

The room was very spacious and clean. It actually exceeded our expectations. The bed was super comfy and so big that we never touched each other with my partner. We really loved that the pool had refreshing water (it should be law in Thailand to have refreshing water in pools :D) and amazing advantage was that area around pool did not have sun and was windy. Such a pleasure! Daily room cleaning and daily towel change. Although the location was very near to everything, it was still quiet.

The air conditioning was very strong and we could not make it less powerful.

Great location, away from party Bangla street, but only 20 min walking from it. Across street there is market with cheap street food and fruits. There is also shop market but you need to bargain. In our 7 day stay we only ate there. There is washing station near, 7-eleven and tours have pick up from this location for free. Hotel is quite and clean, has enough space and comfortable beds and staff are great. If we ever visit Phuket we will stay there again.

Breakfast could be more varied.

GREAT LOCATION! Walking distance to pretty much anything and everything (closest mall is less than 15minutes walk away)! Wifi and air-con worked well, the room was quiet modern and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is opposite a night market, which made it super convenient to get yummy local food, at a good price too! The pool is relaxing (in shaded area) and staff were able to accomodate to early check-in (between 1pm-2pm).

It can get quiet noisy at night/early hours of the morning, with people talking loud in the hall ways and street noise (music, cars etc.,), so this accomodation may not be the best for those are light sleepers and who want a good night's sleep every night. The pool is in an awkward location (next to reception), so it can be seen by others walking pass the hotel. The gym is okay, but very small (3 people at most, if you want to be comfortable). No restaurant in the hotel, so any food ordered, had to be eaten in the rooms. Price per night may seem a bit steep for a 4-star hotel.
