Everything was amazing, The reception lady was so funny and helpful, she didn't speak english but she was so accommodating. The pool is great, the sauna was the best thing ever ! We had breakfast and lounged by the pool, beers in the evenings. The location is perfect to walk into town but be far enough away it's so peaceful and quiet. There are shops nearby with a wholesale drinks store for super cheap beer and water. Room is super nice and comfortable, and the balcony is the best in the morning because the sun wasn't on us making it too hot. Fully recommend for singles, couples, friends and family. One of the best stays I've had in years of traveling. 😁

Everything was good overall with location, nice pool, and everything is comfortable and clean.

We decided to stay 2 extra nights after booking 3 online. They told us a price and then and end of stayed they added on a breakfast fee without notifying us.

Receptions speaks very little English, need patience

Great location, in a quiet spot but only a couple of minutes walk from all the action. Very clean, well maintained and serviced hotel. Staff very friendly and helpfull despite English being a little bit of a problem. Absolutely no complaints about the service provided.

Rooms were large and very clean, but they were pretty basic. Had a wardrobe, but a couple of drawers would have been helpfull.

Location is great, easy access to all the main places but also slightly off the main drag so quiet of the evening. Big double bed and room good size. Staff were friendly.

Only reason to mark this hotel down. On arrival, we checked into our room and found the safe wasn’t working, appeared the battery had gone. I spoke with reception who came up to check and said yes battery gone, they would get it sorted whilst we were out for dinner. They never did resolve the issue so our valuables were left unsecured.

Orchid Gardens is run well, the rooms are modern and bright, cleaned and kept in good order, the bed was comfortable and the sheets changed daily or on request, water and hot drinks are provided to the room daily, the shower was as hot as you would want it to be, the balcony was clean and functional with seating and table provided. The rooms are secure, a safe is provided it's 4 floors with a modern lift. and nice pool to the back of the hotel, slightly shaded and very private. Excelent stay 16 nights.

There was nothing to dislike.

We had a very pleasant stay here. Hotel and the room were a lot better than on the pictures. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Location is good, it is a little walk to the beach but that was totally fine for us.

There's room for two improvements that would make the score a 10 instead of a 9: - The shower drain did not drain properly so the water quickly overflowed (a glass door instead of curtain would be nice too!) - Couldn't fully close the curtains in the room, so it wasn't completely dark in the mornings.

This is like a quiet oasis in noisy, overcrowded Patong, thanks to the hotel being located on the south edge of Patong in a quiet street with no through traffic. The staff are fabulous. You can order breakfast from 5.30 am until 14.30. And lovely Thai food for lunch or dinner.

The pool photo makes it look much larger than it is. Pool is about 5 metres long.

It was very nice stay. The room is spacious and clean and bright. The location is great. It is quiet area and at the same time close to Patong beach and Bangla road. The kids loved the swimming pool which always was clean and mostly empty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We definitely going to stay in the hotel next time. Thank you!

Exceptionally clean, lovely pool area and wonderful staff who were very kind and attentive to our 2 year old. Great location from Malin night markets which had great energy and prices for local meals. A short walk to the beach and lively areas of Patong but in a quiet location just off the main road. Highly recommend for families and would definitely stay again if visiting Patong.

Breakfast was included in our room and was just ok but ay such good prices you cannot complain.
