I stayed in New Breakers for over a week and overall it was quite nice. The room is spacious, location convenient, breakfast selection reasonable (although anything other than Full English is bit small). The in-house bike rental was very handy.

The room is on the same level and accessed from the communal courtyard. With the only window and door leading to it, you end up with curtains drawn all day for privacy and cannot escape the commotion outside where folks often hang out - luckily no lager groups/families were around while I stayed there.

very good contact with the lady who is in charge of the reception. Very friendly and helpful, smily and professional rooms are clean and good size, bathroom very nice!

its a detail little bit annoying... after the first night booked in "booking" for 1000 bath, even the hotel wasn't full and i wanted to stay 2 nights more, the boss up the price to 1100 ... not very friendly as i can say. its not for the 2X100 bath, but when the hotel is not full and the guest stay 2 more nights, that you dont change the bed set..why up the price?

The a/c worked well. They had a big smart Tv that had Netflix. The staff were great. Kept it clean.

My first night there I couldn’t find it at nighttime. It me awhile before I found it. The breakfast is average and they are slow in the kitchen. Maybe I’m biased as I’m a chef.

Great value for money in low season, $35 for a huge room with lounge area, perhaps due to some renovations next door. Big lounge area in the suite. Smart tv was nice.

That corner of Rawai is a little scummy, no fault of the hotel. The hotel is split across two sides of the street so the restaurant and bar is on the other side. Aircon starts cold then gets weaker and drips quite a lot. Thai style firm bed. Stayed two nights and never cleaned the room.

Close to restuarants. Staff were freindly.

Price. Way too high for its industrial location. Small window. The room i was given was way too hot from 12 hours sunshine and the aircon was not really effective. They serviced AC after i complained. Despite high season it is unreasonable to be paying so much, what a let down. I thought i was treating myself beforehand, upon arrival...OMG! Scored my stay too high. The staff were helpful and cheerful.

Nice and quiet place tucked away from the main road, but still centrally located. Friendly staff and very clean. Great breakfast.

Doors and locks were a bit flimsy, so security can be a concern.
