My stay at Ratana Hotel Rassada was driven by the need for convenience, as I had an early morning bus ride from Phuket to Ko Samui departing from the nearby Phuket Bus Station. Opting to stay close to avoid the morning traffic rush, I found this hotel to be an ideal choice for an overnight stay. The hotel’s proximity to the bus station was a major plus, significantly easing my travel logistics. The rooms at Ratana Hotel Rassada were not only spacious but also clean and comfortable, ensuring a restful night before my journey. The entire booking process, as well as check-in and check-out, were seamless and hassle-free.

The absence of a breakfast option included in the stay. Having a morning meal available would have been the cherry on top of an already pleasant experience.

Our rooms was comfortable and well layed out, giving us the amenities we needed. We found it easy to access the local buses to get to and from other places around Phuket. We weren't looking for night-life or wanting it to be close to the touristy spots so this served us well. If you're wanting those things, this location may not be for you, particularly when factoring the transport aspect

There was a restaurant area but seemed that food was only available from the attached Cafe and it didn't have a lot of options and limited times open.

Great for spending a night when travelling. Close to bus station. Clean.

We purposely stayed here to be near to Siam niramit since we always ride motorbike whenever we are in Phuket. The place is clean with comfy bed and small but sufficient balcony. We love the pool as well. The toilet is clean and we enjoyed our trip there.

Nothing much that we didn't like. It worth the money. Check in and out was a breeze.

We stayed in a family room which was very spacious. It had two separate bedrooms with each having it's own bathroom. Each bedroom had a private terrace. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. There is a swimming pool too but unfortunately we didn't have time to use it. It looked very nice. This was the second time we stayed at the hotel and we would definitely stay there again.

We were happy with the accommodation and felt it was very good value for money.

The room was really spacious for 2 people. The balcony view of sunset was good eventho we dont really stay inside the room. Mostly doing outside activities. Theres parking on the building. No need to park outside. Swimming pool was good enough to hang for a while

Nothing major really. The bed frame was bigger than the mattres. I supposed they want it to be like that, like it is meant for leg rest or something on the each side of the bed. However, because of that, my husband injured his leg both side as he accidently keep kicking it. Need to be very carefull when u want to go to toilet at night or when u are drunk. That thing is a harzard. U cant sit on the bed, u need to step on the leg rest, then access the bed. If the hotel read this, i hope you guys change it to normal bedframe cause that one has no use for it purpose. And i will deffinitly come back. You are the best!! ❣

The breakfast was average. As a westerner, I would have liked to see bacon on the menu. I would have also liked to see more variety on offer, for example, different styles of eggs.

The bed was very hard, I had to ask reception for a mattress topper to be put on. I also kicked my shin on the bed base that protrudes quiet a long way out from the bed mattress. Whilst this is nice to look at, it is quiet dangerous to a tired traveller who isn’t looking for it. As a result of kicking my shin, I received a laceration to my right shin that needed medical treatment. The bed bases should be reconsidered.
