Location was good and comfortable for sightseeing. The most favourite thing about this hotel is staff. They are really well-trained and super friendly to all guests.

There was an incident with restaurant located on the rooftop of the hotel. They deleted my order in the app that all guests should use during whole staying in Homa. And after contacting support team the only thing I got is a rude response from the restaurant that they could nothing do with my order and just deleted it. I think it's not professional.

Clean, modern with good facilities on site. Friendly and helpful stuff. Nice gym with both fitness and yoga space. Restaurant on the top floor that serves decent Italian, affordable breakfast and you can get certain dishes as the room service. The pool is nice but it is not as spectacular as it looks on the photos. Limited sunbed space. The rooms are spacious enough, everything is always kept clean.

It’s more of a co working apartment complex than an actual hotel. While it’s probably a great place for remote workers to find a home away from home, I would not choose it as my holiday destination. The main issue is the crowd- full of Russian guests who do not necessarily understand common social behaviours. Over 10 days in the facility I was only able to get a sunbed ONCE. The Russian families /couples would come to the pool early morning and put their towels sometimes for the entire day without using it. Just for the sake of it. Despite two aircon units in the room it is sadly very hot. I think it comes down to some sort of building isolation as the corridors in between the rooms are absolutely boiling. The area is okay but a bit far out.

The room is clean and tidy. Altought the location is not convinence, but is fine for people who drive there.

There is no phone in the room. Only can use the app for room services, but it takes time (around 30mins) for the staff to provide service.

Awesome environment. So clean rooms and every area. Well behaved staff. Were very helpful on every occasion. Long infinity pool. location is little away from big Buddha and patong beach. Got to visit chillva market, the best one we felt in Thailand. It was not very big like chatuchang but more trendy and good part it, the market was walkable from HOMA.

Check out process takes min 5-10 mins. We had a cab waiting to drop us at pier to go to koh Samui and the staff lady wasn't looking bothered to consider and speed up the room check by cleaning staff. Everyone else at reception seemed awesome for all 2 days but had this one small bad experience during checkout.

It’s a big place and you get an apartment-style residence with all sorts of services that a hotel provides. They’ve well-quipped gym, game zone and a beautiful infinity pool with a spectacular view. Free Water is offered and the rooms are quite spacious and comes with electric cooking stove, kitchen hood, microwave oven, refrigerator etc. and also cutleries. The location is in the central Phuket town and a bit far away from the beaches [for example: Patong Beach] and in other words it's far away from the noisy crowd! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the environment was pretty cool and welcoming. We had a car which is why transportation wasn't a problem. Even if you don't have personal transport, you can easily avail public transportation and also the staffs assist you to arrange taxi. The most fascinating part was: they’ve a wonderful co-working space which is open for 24 hours and it also has small meeting rooms that you can use upon pre-booking; everything is free of cost. Since I was travelling for work, this meant a lot! Overall, it offers you a nice environment no matter if you’re coming for work or for leisure. Highly recommended & we’ll visit soon !

This is the only hotel I stayed in Thailand where I didn't find Buffet Breakfast. They have Breakfast 2/3 combo options, which wasn't satisfying either and the portion is poor in compared to the price. I would request your attention here and I'm sure like me, a lot of other travelers would want to start their day with a fulfilling Breakfast!

The location wasn’t really the best and they don’t have private free shuttle buses for tourist drop off and pickup.

The place itself was beautiful and brand new. There were multiple coworking spaces, a rooftop pool, bar and restaurant, and lovely grounds. I was moving house and had to stay here overnight with my cat and all my belongings and the staff helped me move everything in and out of my room, and even left a bed and bowl for my cat. Absolutely lovely, happy place!

This is a service apartment and no-frills. The room was adequate and close to Phuket Town. The place has a perfect GYm and restaurant. I loved the fact that I could connect my phone to the TV and listen to my music. The staff was helpful and told me about "InDriver" an app I could use to book taxi in Phuket which saved my 3000-5000 Baht for the remaining days of my Phuket Trip.

The hotel it is great and exceeded my expectations.

This time I also booked the flights via booking. The flights were booked flexible for an additional fee. But when trying to change the flights, they tell you there are no seats available for your preferred flight which was not true, because even on the booking platform if was bookable. Then you are charged a change fee which equals a new one way ticket. Better book the flights at the airlines, this is less stressful. I know this has nothing to do with the hotel, but there is no other place to rate booking.

What a great hotel and would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Turned up at reception to book a room as our son had been rushed to ICU at the nearby Bangkok Hospital having been taken ill on our cruise ship. The staff, especially Jom on Reception, were amazing and so supportive going above and beyond our expectations. We could not have chosen a better hotel, so clean and well taken care of. Spacious rooms and a great rooftop infinity pool where my son spent loads of recovery time when he was finally discharged from hospital. The prices in the restaurant were good value for money. A place we never anticipated going to but so glad we did.
