Lovely personell, nice breakfast and the location is within walking distance of Old Town. As a family with baby we would have scored it a 10.

We broke two coffee mugs and had to pay 300thb. We did not break them on purpose... I mean I understand if someone thrashed a room you charge money, but a coffee mug should be colleteral. Also they showed proof of that we broke it with printed photo's which seemed a bit much. 🤔 I mean we cleaned the mess ourselves. it's not that we were denying either payment or that we broke them in the first place. Seemed too much for the cause. Never have been charged for breaking a glass ever...

My daughter left her soft toy during our stay and we called back the hotel and was disappointed when the hotel staff told us they were not able to find the soft toy. We were very surprised when the staff called back the next day to inform us their outsourced laundry found the soft toy. Great efforts in satisfying your guests!

On the first night of our stay, the water pipe burst. Although, it was disappointing. I was pleasantly surprised that the security guard and the reception staff came quickly to inspect before contacting a technician to come down immediately to fix the issue.

- The staff were so friendly and they even let us check in a bit early to our room after a long day of travelling! - The room was so comfortable and clean, really can't fault it at all! The air con was just wonderful as it was SO HOT when we stayed! - The location was great for us! We liked being a short (10 minute) walk from the centre of old town as we liked the peace however if you want to be right in the centre then this might be a little bit far away. - The pool was an unexpected highlight. I didn't expect us to spend as much time as we did in the pool but after a long day in the heat, we would come back in the evening and cool off by the pool with a cocktail and with the live music playing. The moon light on the wall made it a really lovely setting!

It was a really wonderful stay so I really am nitpicking here! - They have live music playing up until 10:30 each night. This wasn't a problem for us at all as we could only hear it slightly from our room and were still able to sleep however if you are a light sleeper or need absolute silence when you sleep then you might not like it. - breakfast was just ok (again very nitpicky as we still happily ate breakfast there every morning).

We loved staying here so much for just 2 nights - wish it was longer! When we first pulled up in a taxi a member of staff came straight out to greet us and help us with our bags which was so so lovely after a long journey. Check in was also easy and all the staff were so welcoming. The room we had was so cute and seemed very high tech - the shower even showed the temperature the water was at on a digital screen.

We missed the free ice cream both days as we were out and about so would have loved it to extend past 7pm. But also understand they have to clean the machine etc., so not really anything to complain about!

Everything was good. I got allocated on 7th floor which is the highest one. View from the balcony is decent but not stunning. I would say as far as what I could saw I would maybe suggest you to try to avoid rooms near the pool fountains as they could be quite noisy for you. Except if you sleep with Rainy sound in your ears. Staff +++ Rooms +++ Location ++ (not so far from the center but grab are a need if you don’t wanna walk)

Only negative point to raise is the fact that there’s a shared single door for shower and bathroom (meaning close the bathroom and the toilet at the same time isn’t possible. So you can take a poo poo with the door wide open but not close the shower at the same time. (Anyway I hope nobody poo poo while the other shower lol) Please add ashtray to each rooms.

We loved the staff the location and our beds were super comfy. It felt very personal as it is a boutique hotel. The room are quite high tech with buttons to allow you to say you need your room cleaned etc.We did the cooking class and it was super cute and fun and the food was delicious (but spicy so don't add any extra chilli if you are also very white) The pool is really nice they provide lovely fluffy towels and it's always cool because it's in the shade. There is even one room with a private pool but we didn't stay in that one. Wish we had.. would definitely stay again excellent value for money.

I recommend Ratri if staying near Old Town. It's a few blocks detached from the busiest area, and it's very walkable. There are tons of dining options around and solid dining on-site. Breakfast buffet is just fine. Nightly live music by the pool is a great amenity. The staff here is very welcoming and attentive. They assist with booking rentals and activities as well. Room was smallish but clean with modern finishes. Big Buddha was visible from our balcony!

The only negative thing I can think of was when I came down to order a complimentary cocktail from the poolside bar with hopes to bring it back up to my room. I was politely told that wasn't allowed. This may be a rule I'm ignorant to in Thailand but I was surprised.

The location is a 15-minute walk from Old Town Phuket, which is not ideal if you are staying with an elderly adult. The hotel provides free ice cream till 7 p.m., which is helpful given Thailand's hot temperature when we visited. The hotel exudes a trendy vibe and is brand new.The staff is very friendly and helpful, and we had an excellent breakfast, but the breakfast timing from 7 to 10 could be improved. :)

The freebies are only accessible upon request and are said to be limited to specific rooms. There is only one shower door and one bathroom main door, which is inconvenient.

Hotel was lovely, the gym was good. Very high tech, althought there is a danger with it having displayed whenever we were not in the room.... I am a tec lover and absolutely loved that, bbut realised is someone wanted to break in to our room, it woudl ahve been very easy knowing when guests are not in.

floor in our friends room lost its colour and as a result their feed were bright blue. Staff had charged them for towels as tehy were coloured as well as the pillow case bceause it felt on the floor. it has been disappointing.
