It was like walking into a lived in luxury LA home, the decor the fish the pool all picture perfect ! I was gutted I couldn’t eat there but I seen some cakes being served an loved how it was a florist in the day time just unreal set up staff were so friendly, room was perfect for a good night sleep , location was on main old town road. Felt like home 💕

I checked in very late an tired so felt confused doing self checkin but the team supported me an I got there so if you can checkin in the opening times will be much more easier but I couldn’t get out of the shops beforehand because they closed at 9pm so wanted extra shopping time

I did one night here as I had an excursion early the morning. I ended up flying in later than expected and Pavida was gracious enough to offer an airport pickup. ( $800 baht which seemed reasonable) Late check-in went a little sideways as another guest had taken my room key by accident. Pavida was quick to respond even though it was late and got it all taken care of within the hour. The room was small but very tastefully decorated and CLEAN. Facilities were up to date and modern. A pretty good location. Within comfortable walking distance to the town center and nightlife, food etc. All in all good value for the money. Would definitely stay again next time in town.

Not sure if its a con, but it's inside, in the back of a flower shop. If you have allergies etc. this might not be the place for you as you have to walk through the flower shop to get to the rooms. Not a whole lot to complain about. Worked well for my 1 night stay.

We stayed at Isara for a day when transiting through Phuket and it was such a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the center of Old town and we were able to walk around and make the best of the day we had there. The staff also were very accommodating and sweet and the entire stay was seamless and comfortable.

We stayed in the pool villa and everything was as shown in the picture. The only thing to add is that the toilet and shower area are a little cramped but definitely manageable for a short stay.

Location is very good if you want to visit Phuket's city, especially in the old town because this hotel is in the old town area. There are a variety of interesting places such as modern and traditional restaurants, souvenir, walking street, cloth and a lot.

Room is rather very small; however, it's okay if you have a plan to go outside the hotel all day and want this hotel to be just a room for sleeping. By the way, the system of television in the room is rather difficult with 2 remote controllers. There is a manual paper to explain but it is not correct information in this manual. It made me unable to see any channels, youtube or netflix during i stayed :(

Really nice people working here. Amazing traditional Thai breakfast and beautiful cafe with flowershop. Nice location as well. We stayed in the villa. I think the pool needs more description in booking.com that it is jacuzzi type (shallow) rather than a pool. The pool also has sharp edges, so it feels unsafe to get there, you have to be careful. At noon, the top floor room of the villa can be super warm that it can be super hard for the air-conditioning to cold it up asap.

Staff is very friendly and the location is near a lot of touristic areas in Old Town, there are several touristic packages around the street and they will pick up you at the hotel without problems. Also the hotel offers you amenities everyday such as cookies, tea, coffee, etc. As it is located inside a cafeteria and flower shop every time you enter you are greeted by an intense aroma of fresh flowers.

We went there on our first day/night in Phuket. We managed to check in early morning and left our suitcase at the reception. The location was ideal for roaming around Phuket Old Town. I would recommend it for one night.

The bedroom had no "real" windows but we didn't stay too long in the room to bother. Quite a few mosquitos around because of the fountain but the room is clean of it. From the listing, I thought there was a pool but it's only for the villa.

10/10 would recommend! The hotel is exactly as the pictures, extremely clean and comfortable! The staff are so kind and friendly and gave us a complimentary tea on arrival! We got upgraded and the room was beautiful decorated and comfortable! 5 stars to this place, great location as well! (Also a beautiful little florist down stairs at the entry- so cute)

Everything about this property was amazing, staff are wonderful, it was spotlessly clean, after travelling for 9 weeks and seeing how beautiful our room was we couldn’t wait to just stay in and chill out, the bed was super comfy, soft bedding, we just wish we could if stayed longer, we would 100% recommend this hotel, thank you to all the staff that made us feel very welcome 🤗

The property is really beautiful and the staff were very helpful during our stay. It had a good location nearby to the old town. The room was large and well equipped, the TV even had Netflix.

The drain in shower was a little smelly
