Comfortable Bed / clean and modern furnished room / friendly Hotel staff / good working aircondition / breakfast is ok for the price ,small buffet with a choice of a bit of all ( western + thaifood ) / arround the hotel there are some restaurants like massage salons / shops / money exchange / Hotel room with pool view was nice and quiet

From all rooms with a pool view you can see the shell of a building that borders the hotel. There was no work being done on the construction site during my stay. It can get loud when they are working.... I was in the hotel last year already and i didn't see any change of the building which is under construction.... Maybe it's a ruin and will never be finished, I wouldn't be surprised

The hotel's tuck-away location from the noise of the main street, offers guests a tranquil retreat. The spacious and comfortable room further enhanced our experience. The amenities around the vicinity were within easy walking distance, ensuring effortless access. Additionally, the bus service connecting to renowned beaches added a layer of convenience, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay.

The hotel's signboards must be prominently displayed, as even Google Maps failed to accurately pinpoint its exact location. Seeking assistance from locals led us to a different place due to the confusion caused by similar names but with different indications at various locations. Lugging a heavy suitcase, and looking for this elusive hotel's location, added to our frustrations on the first day of our vacation.

Provides two water bottles for each day of stay. Provides beach mat & tote for the beach. Love the tub and the big shower.

The wifi was awful. It did not work 95% of the time. It kept disconnecting and you had to reconnect. Even after reconnecting it will still disconnect again. It was very disappointing and frustrating as when you’re paying for a higher end accommodation and have no wifi is money wasted.

The room itself is very nice and comfortable. Location is very central, close to the beach, night market, great foods places.

The staff is not nice, they don’t even respond to good morning. Seems that they really hate their jobs.

Breakfast is good , rooms are very comfortable and very clean ( the price-quality ratio of the rooms and cleanliness is very good)Location of the hotel is good ., five minutes to nice KATA beach . On the way to beach you can find wonderfull coffee (great cafe and restaurant - right in front of the hotel- I really recommended it .

The way of serving meals for breakfast not very aesthetic, fried eggs made early - served cold, natural yoghurt should also be served, not vanilla but natural - most people prefer to add extras to it like fruits - it's hard to do, sliced ​​bread should be covered, it was served dry every day (I personally don't eat bread - but for others and children - it matters), sauces for salads also looked on the bowls as from the previous day - I did not dare to try it, therefore, I think and not only me. Generally, the hotel manager should focus on serving and storing what is for a meal, because there is enough food, you just have to take care of its application and storage. Swimming pool is very dirty -

found it a little odd that the bathroom sink was actually outside the toilet/bathroom but that’s all

staffs are friendly and helpful, very helpful ! i got hurt and all of them helped out by doing research on how to cure it, calling doctor, etc staffs can also speak excellent english , even better than some of those 5 star resorts kata area is so much better than other beach area if you are looking to surf and enjoy peaceful life, this hotel location is not too near the beach or far. there’s food and lots of pub around. really convenient

Very good and varied breakfast, nice pool

The hotel is full of Russians, some uncivilized, for example they spend the night partying at the pool, after closing hours, making it hard to sleep with all the noise.

Was a great stay had only 2 minor(for me) issues. Other than that would definitely recommend this hotel. WiFi is great, pool is great, room is clean and stylish, stuff is also very nice.

The room has a poor lightning and at the evening even with all lights turned on it feels very dark. Breakfast was decent but with a small choice and almost the same everyday
