Very friendly and clean hotel. Loved the pool and the pool bar. Location was decent with a10-15 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was good. As is the norm in Thailand the staff is absolutely incredible throughout the hotel. This hotel is super close to the night market which is a great place to eat.

-breakfast always the same few things -900 meter from the entrance to Kata beach and not 230 meter as you see in the map. they have a shuttle but goes in strange timing and only have 10 seats (for the whole hotel!)

as expected as the ibis-hotel chain is. room is big enough, super clean, smells good, and amenities are great. The staff are great, helpful, and smile a lot so I felt very welcomed. The location is right in the middle of Kata Road which is accessible everywhere (like the beach 3km -there is a free shuttle service also to the beach-, the market 1km, the restaurant/food stall 1km, the famous massage/spa in front of the hotel, and bus stop 1km). For breakfast, no same menu daily (some are changing daily), if they serve pad Thai please try it because it is so good, and try Chrysanthemum tea as well because it is super good. For all services of the ibis-hotel chain and compared to other hotels nearby, the price is good enough. the best part is the hotel is quiet enough so can get a very calm and enjoyable sleep during the night.

Wifi is quite bad and very unstable. The breakfast option is mostly the same for a couple of days (only 1-2 menus are changing daily, meanwhile other menus are the same, with the total menus provided being 10). The TV channel also needs to be upgraded and please provide more English-language channels.

Great location, friendly and always available staff, cleanliness in the room and everywhere in the hotel, availability of necessary things in the room, even a bottle opener! A beautiful inner area with a swimming pool, showers and changing cabins, a barbecue by the pool, pleasant music in the lobby area by evening, billiards and ping pong. Possibility to rent an umbrella. Good breakfast and menu of the bar and restaurant. I spent an absolutely happy and comfortable week at the hotel. Small imperfections can be accommodated by wearing earplugs at night. In all other respects, the hotel fully met my expectations. The staff was always helpful and wishes were quickly fulfilled. Beautiful view from the balcony, cozy lobby to relax in evening listening the rain. Close proximity to the beach, close to many cafes, shops, pharmacies, massage parlors.

Everything is nearby (next to one of the main streets). Standard 3 stars hotel for very reasonable price. If possible ask for the room with pool-view. Doing some happy-hour offers which is nice.

Booked two rooms. In one room the shampoo has not been refilled during our stay. There's no straight way to the beach - you need to go around which takes some time. Breakfast is same every morning with not a lot ofoptions. Rooms quite small I would like to mention that while contacted the hotel directly staff was quite rude although when communicating via booking.com it was ok.

Excellent Property and great value for money. We are family of 4 (2 kids and parent). Their family rooms have a bunk bed which is an absolute delight. The room rates incl. breakfast are a bargain. Very pleasant staff. Amazing breakfast buffet with new dishes everyday. The location is fantastic. They offer free shuttle to the beach and shopping mall. We LOVED our week long stay away from all the noise of party life.

more frequent pest control is needed at the pool, there were lots of sandflies, kids are quite sensitive to it. maybe more information about food that is served at breakfast (names of the fruits served, suggestions on how to eat rice congee), as most of the tourists are Russian and they have no clue.

A great location in Kata when you walk out of the hotel, you are central to shops & restaurants. The hotel has parking which was helpful as we had a hire car. The swimming pool is nice & the restaurant is reasonably priced.

The breakfast was a bit limited really for the price. I had hoped for more bread, cheese & meat options.

We were a group of 8 adults. The rooms were not large but met our needs. We were out and about the whole day. Breakfast was was acceptable and we had no complaints. Many nice eating places and 7/11 shops around. Not to far to walk to the beach. Hotel offers free shuttle to the beach.

Convenient to eateries and shops. Beautiful pool area and lobby has plenty of seating and a nice bar area.

Had to request change of room as there is construction happening on one side of the property. The receptionist kindly offered a different room which was satisfactory. Breakfast was fairly ordinary but adequate.
