The property is in a good location; just a short walk into the old town and is decorated beautifully. The rooms were spacious and clean and so was the lobby area. The staff were amazing here; they helped us book our ferry to Phi Phi, told us a great place to go for food, and helped us find somewhere for laundry as well as somewhere to send a parcel home.

The only downside to this property were that the ceilings were quite low and the only window faced a wall so if we were there for a longer stay it may have bothered us but as we were only there for 2 nights it was fine.

Beautiful decor, great breakfast. Lovely little lounge area downstairs to relax. Friendly staff. Room was comfy and lots of English channels on the tv. Great location in Old Phuket town. Very clean. Will stay again, highly recommended.

We had a corner room with no view, so the room was a bit dark. Recommend to upgrade to a higher room type on the top floors. No pool which would have been a bonus but considering its a heritage building this doesn't allow. Also no elevator which we were aware of (typical in Asia), but staff helped carry bags upstairs.

Very clean, nice touches with the packets of ear buds and make up remover pads, water in fridge and a few snacks, staff were amazing and the breakfast was really good. Good value for the money, very well situated and they have 2 very large maps on the first floor landing that gives you, on 1 all the places to eat in the area and 2 all the places of interest, very handy.

I know I wouldn't get a view, but didn't realise the windows would be screened out completely, so no natural light at all

Beautiful little boutique hotel. Staff very friendly and the traditional Thai breakfast was really delicious (moo ping and sticky rice). Room and bed of great size and aircon worked great. Bathroom was ideal.

The only thing is we were on the 3rd floor with no natural light (windows were blocked out) and there isn’t a lift (which isn’t possible in these buildings and it was ok to carry our bags up because we are able bodied but if you struggle with mobility it might be more of an issue).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got a windowless room with no daylight at all. We asked to change the rooms and they were lovely and accommodated a better room. Great location near old town, quiet enough but with a lovely pizza restaurant nearby.

It's very useful to know there is no lift. It's also useful to advertise that rooms without a view mean rooms without a window and without daylight. It manages expectations.

Friendly, welcoming and very helpful management / staff. Good English was also spoken. Good breakfast, with specially cooked options and continental self service too. When I didn't want the cooked breakfasts, they offered yoghurt instead. I felt I mattered and they were there to please. Hotel was in a good and convenient location near Phuket Old Town. Also the bus station only a 10 minute walk. Good restaurant and food options were close by. Very clean with all required room facilities. Extremely good value for money and a comfortable stay.

My only slight critism was lack of natural light and a clear window in the room. The frosted windows did infact open but opened onto a back alley. None of this bothered my husband but I would have preferred a clear window.

5-10min walk from the centre, good value for money. Clean and comfy room and bed. Staff was also nice. Upon over comments, I had chosen with street view so I was not facing a wall and enjoyed the natural light and was disturbed by road noise.

No lift so if you struggle with steps, that might be a challenge but they did help with luggages so for me a minor thing.

The hotel is really pretty. All renovated and extremely clean. The staff was very helpful although they didn’t quite understand English. The breakfast was a mix for al carta (you chose what you wanted to it the day before & the prepared it) & buffet. Very tasteful.

There wasn’t an elevator and going 3 floors up with two kids + luggage wasn’t ideal. The area is not pretty at all although ks walking distance to the Sunday market.

Very well decorated in an amazing location right next to Phuket Old Town. Bed was very big and the room as well. We came for 1 night between the islands so it was perfect for us

The ceiling is very low so if you are more than 1.80 m tall it’s not for you. While taking a shower the water didn’t go down so you always have like a pool in your legs.

Lovely little hotel in a good location, right next to the old town. Staff were friendly and the lobby area is lovely. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast is really nice - ordered in from local restaurants.

Rooms on one side of the hotel have opaque windows (they let light in but you can't see out) because the hotel backs onto an alley so worth requesting a room on the front side.
