Staffs were super friendly. The place is located near old town Phuket. Nice rooftop pool. No crib provided for our baby but nice spacious beds for double bed room, enough for us. free snacks everyday.

The room doesnt have enough hanger to hang towels, otherwise its all good!

What a nice and beautiful hotel! We absolutely loved the infinity pool and the complimentary drinks and nibbles. It was about 5 to 10 min walk to old town. The area the hotel is in is not very nice but it feels safe. There is just not that much. A nice burger place around the corner though! Laundry’s facilities opposite the hotel. You can have a late check out until 1. Or later but then you pay a little more. Free instant coffee in the morning.

The people were not very warm and welcoming. It was a bit robotic. But not unkind or rude, just very neutral. I really didn’t mind, they were still helpful.

the door is not sound proofing enough, many slamming noise, not enough hangers for clothings, and i suggest adding a rod under the washing basin, need some brighter light bulbs...... .... ......

Really lovely hotel, staff friendly! Room and bed a big size, free items in the mini bar each day. Good location to the old town, about a 5/10mins walk.

Only 6 sunbed by the pool so we could never use it as always taken. Plenty of room for more if they had them - a major part as to why we booked this hotel so a bit of a shame.

Now: EcoLoft Hotel, Phuket Town (18.9.-21.9.2022) This hotel… We loved it. We got room in 5th floor (I requested a higher level room). The room was big enough, with nice lighting and big windows. A bit different from other rooms we are used to, because sink is actually in the bedroom, not in the bathroom, but everything is set in a cool way. Rooftop pool is amazing. View is mesmerising, you can see sunset every day the weather allows. It was overall a pleasant stay! Even though they do not offer breakfast you do not need it. You can walk 5-10min to the city centre, sit in a nice cozy café and get amazing breakfast for 5-7€ (Full English breakfast sells for 250-280baht). Oh and I can’t forget the mini fridge. Snacks and drinks are all for free and it gets refilled every day! Highly recommend this hotel, specially if you travel on a budget! There is no hangers in the room specifically to hang your towels. You need to improvise a bit. And rooms are not completely soundproof, we heard some bangs and coughing in the room next to us. But nothing crazy.

Great location. A few blocks from all the action. So it was easy to walk to, but also far enough that it wasn't noisy. There are a couple of places to do your laundry very close by. The hotel was clean. The rooms were a good size and clean. Great price!

No breakfast at the hotel. There was supposed to be coffee available, but sometimes there was no coffee , and when there was coffee, it was the instant coffee. The wifi wasn't great

Really good value, clean and had everything you needed. Quiet spot and comfy beds. Although there’s no breakfast, there was coffee and small biscuits in reception. There’s a bakery just on the corner with the main road which was perfect for breakfast. Staff were very friendly.

Great location a 10 min walk away from centre of Phuket old town. Roof top pool was lovely but area surrounding needs some maintenance loose decking. Complementary mini bar in room was a nice touch. Modern hotel, great size rooms very comfortable.
