Clean, warm welcome and friendly support during our stay, rooms are big enough. considering to stay this hotel again

You need to be careful with standard room booking - std room can means no-view from window. It was no problem for us as we were outside from morning to the evening :) You need to know what to expect from 3* hotel breakfasts :) we like fruits :) We will return to this hotel again

The wifi worked very well. The pool is also very nice (a bit smallish but clean), AC worked well. The room was clean, receptionist was kind. You can get one free pool towel per person per day.

The pressure in the shower was horrible (it was hard to wash away all the salt or wash your hair), the beds are really hard. The mattress was okay for my boyfriend but for me it was too hard. The breakfast is poor, almost no choice.

Location is good, close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Breakfast is tasty, everyday was the same menu, pies are great!

On booking.com it says that hotel is on Beachfront, but you have to walk a while before you get to the beach.

Good staff, good location, great room (considering the price).

Didn't provide toothbrush/dental kit for some reason. And breakfast was mediocre (though not a dealbreaker)

The location is perfect and it ticked all the boxes ; Stevie who works on reception is super helpful, even when my shower broke it was replaced within 24 hours, great room ,balcony for drying clothes and plenty of wardrobe space ,Air-conditioning perfect

Can't really think of anything, I never used the pool but it's quite small and in the shade alot and I never had breakfast so can't comment

Great staff, helpful and friendly. Great location near night markets, 7 11, shops, restaurants, local fresh market so couldn't fault it BUT not beachside as described on booking.com (Maybe 15 mins walk). Friendly cats. Place is much better than the photos portray, very large and two huge beds.

So far from beach not beachside. Beds are rock hard (but staff put extra doona on bed so was okay).

It's our honeymoon and they upgraded the room, which was a lovely experience. The staff is very friendly. The beach is not too far and the market in front makes for a.nice last minute stop of for some fresh fruit as a cheap and healthy snack.

No breakfast. It would have been good to have some breakfast there as the place near by was not the best.

Great little place near the beach (15min walk) close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was simple and the room was clean.

Beds a little hard so definitely ask for a soft bed before check in

Had a superb month at this hotel whilst studying in Thailand. Good location with a convenience store just around the corner, lots of varied restaurants and laundry close too. The temple just outside the hotel is nice and a unique attraction. Seven on reception is an asset to the business, giving truly brilliant customer service. He ensured my stay was pleasent and would happily help with any recommendations or queries. The housekeeping staff were courteous and very thorough. Thank you 🤩

Friendly and helpful staff who were available at all times. A well organised hotel with a very good buffet breakfast, with variety of choices. A nice quiet pool area and only a short walk to the beach.
